Umgeben von endlosen Restaurants, Geschäften und Unterhaltung können Sie Ihre Partei immer etwas zu tun. Great location
Since we were staying during what is historically known as one of the busiest weeks of the year, we were seeking a property close to all the places we love to go and do in Alys and Rosemary Beach and Watersound without the crowds on the beaches and swarms of teenagers that gather near Peddlers Pavilion and Seaside. This location was perfect. A short 15 minute bike to go to shop or have lunch or dinner. Close to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes for cooking in. We enjoyed the board games And we enjoyed the pool on some of the windy and chilly days. The only negative was the cleanliness of the pool. We paid to have the pool heated which was a comfortable temperature. However It was not clean upon our arrival and we had to request someone come clean out the leaves and bugs. And had asked to have the pool chlorine tested. The pool was vacuumed early in the week. but it did not appear the chlorine was checked until the pool company returned on the morning of our last day there when the pool company came and cleaned the pool and shocked it. So our use of the pool that we paid to have heated was limited. Overall a great rental. We would stay here again.

Great find close to the beach with a pool
Clareon by the Coast has a near perfect combination of proximity to the beach (5 min walk, easy with small children), having its own pool, and good space for a family of 5. The unit has a great living room off the kitchen which is a nice hang out spot and it has plenty of porch space. Love that it is along an area of the beach that’s never crowded.

Great location, great fun!
Had a great time! Location was great and everything we needed was on the property. They had chairs, beach toys, pool floats, and bikes. Easy access to the beach, only downfall was having to carry everything up and down the beach access stairs. Other than that we would totally rent this location again. It was nice having everything at our finger tips especially the pool!

Great Location and Home
We loved the layout and comfort of the home. The pool was great! The porches allowed for nice places to relax. The home had starter supplies of many necessities- thank you! Property manager was very responsive and helpful. 5 min walk to beach access and we enjoyed riding the bikes too. New Publix grocery store is a 5-10 min drive and very convenient. Great vacation! Thanks so much.

Wouldn’t be my first choice…
The location of the property is great. A short walk to the beach and a long walk or quick car ride into Alys and Rosemary Beach. That is the most positive thing I can say. The outside furniture needs to be cleaned off. It’s crusted over and not somewhere you’d want to sit at the moment. They probably also need to hire hire an exterminator to address the litany of ant hills in the driveway but that’s not a huge deal. Check-in was a pain. Our door code didn’t work at the scheduled time. I would also not expect any leniency on the time from the management company. Our rental was unoccupied (I know this because they tried to get me to book extra nights immediately before). We arrived about 15 minutes early with young kids and they insisted it was unavailable to be checked in early….despite the fact that there was nobody there and no reason they couldn’t have allowed it. They aren’t obligated to let us in early but we certainly had the feeling it was because we declined their offer of discounted nights that the property was otherwise going to be unoccupied for. The inside was generally clean. Layout of the living room and kitchen was pretty poor but it’s a small house so not much to be done there. I wouldn’t rely on the internet which constantly cut out. There was a leak under the kitchen sink that caused a mildew smell. They sent someone out to fix it which was quick and the worker was friendly, but the company said the previous renters had pointed it out to them but they decided to wait until a day after we checked in to fix it (even though the house was empty in the days leading up to our stay). The outside shower by the pool didn’t work to rinse off which was an annoyance. My absolute biggest issue: the company charges $50 per day to heat the pool (which is fine…a little annoying that I have to pay for full day at the end when checkout is 10 AM bud so be it). The problem: the pool was heated at the beginning of our stay (measured 85-86 degrees). By the middle of our 5 day stay it was down to 79-80 and by the last full day it was down to 75 which was too cold to swim comfortably. Keeping in mind the weather was consistent this whole time. This was the company charging us to heat the pool $50/day but only actually heating it for one, possibly two, days at the beginning . I wouldn’t recommend it.

Perfect location!
The house is perfect! Clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to have a great vacation. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook large meals. The location is perfect. Close to the beach (2 to 3 minute walk). The house isn’t directly on 30A, so you feel secluded and away from it all. The bikes were a bonus. There are plenty of beach/pool things in the shed. (Chairs, sand toys, pool noodles, etc…) We didn’t use the pool since it was just the two of us, but we did love sitting out by it with our music and drinks. The bed swing on the porch was my go to spot with my coffee in the morning. If you like oysters, Old Florida Fish House is a must. They have the best charbroiled oysters!(In my opinion 😉) We loved it and hope to take our granddaughter back soon. Would definitely recommend and look forward to renting again.

We’ve been trying various houses in the area with the perfect combination of close access to the beach, plenty of space, and a private pool. This home was the most comfortable we’ve stayed in, the closest beach access, and had room enough for our whole family. Would recommend!!

The property is a great location for biking, eating, beach and swimming in a private pool. But, there were no extra linens for us to use the sleeper couch and bunk room had incomplete linens on bed. No blankets or coverlets. Several closet doors stick badly. The property as a whole was enjoyable for our family group.

Beach Town Getaway
Staying at this property was the perfect beach town getaway with a “staycation” vibe. The house provided us with the ability to spend quality time with family with an “at home” feeling. We were able to lounge by the pool, have cookouts, layout at the beach, or ride bikes through the beautiful neighborhoods and local shops. For anyone who is unfamiliar with the area this is not where you want to stay in order to party in PCB. Everything is a fair distance away and Ubers are almost unattainable in the evening hours. We will definitely be back!

Great location!
House in a nice central location. 2 minute walk to beach. Short bike ride to Rosemary Beach or the Hub. Everything worked in house and the pool heater was great. Thanks for the great vacation! (Side note) For those who complain about every little imperfection on rental houses, you need to check your negativism! Just because there's a leaf in the pool doesn't mean you have to tell the world about it in a negative review. Happy vacationing!

Black mold and so dirty!!!
Do not stay here- it was filthy and there was black mold covering in the closets and vents. I wish Vrbo would let me post all the photos I took. The only good thing was they gave our money back. If you actually read the reviews it’s pretty obvious they are just pasting the same review over and over. They should have their rental privileges revoked for renting a place in this condition, and posting fake reviews about it.

Not bad, not great.
The house is dated, it could really use a cleaning out of all the clutter. Same goes for the yard. Everything is overgrown. I had to buy a lot of things to make it the two weeks we stayed there. The beds are super uncomfortable. The pool filter had a crack in the pipe so it was spitting water around. Took them 4 days to fix. What was most annoying was the lack of things being clean when we got there. There was still coffee grinds in the coffee machine, the grill was disgusting and we ended up not wanting to use it, the bikes weren't in good shape, etc.. If you are looking for a quick stay and plan on eating out alot, then it's fine. For a longer term stay, it wasn't ideal for our family.

We really enjoyed our week at Clareon by the Coast. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and the pool was a great perk. We paid for the pool to be heated and it was well worth it! Keep in mind that the 3 bikes included in the rental fee are great but for our 12 year old, it was too big to ride. A fun surprise was having extra sand toys, boogie boards & chairs in the storage area by the car port. A huge perk would be to have beach/pool towels on location. When we had a question for management, they quickly responded via text which is always appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and welcome the chance to visit again!

Great customer service!
Although the weather was not quite perfect during our week, most everything was! Communication with property manager was very good. After discovering we had no AC our first night, we had quick response from SOWAL Air. With pouring rain preventing his ability to work on the unit, he promised to be back as soon as it let up. We were pleasantly surprised when he returned as promised and stayed after regular working hours to complete the job! Thank you SOWAL! Loved this location. Private backyard pool area! Nice Property!

A great location on 3Oa
Cute, clean house with a quick, easy walk to the beach. Although the weather didn’t allow us to get in the pool, it was fairly quiet and private. Loved the complimentary beach chair set!!
