The fully furnished duplex offers 1,326 sq. ft. of living space, providing ample room for a comfortable vacation stay. It is in a secure neighborhood with streets lights, large yard, ample, circular parking, with room to park a boat. There are no steps. Your private entrance makes unpacking and packing close and quick. All on ground level, it's convenient for seniors or those with young children. Rental sleeps 6 and has a laundry. The bathroom has plenty of linens with double sinks and large seated shower . Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential cookware, utensils, and appliances to prepare any meal. High speed internet and Direct TV are included. Smart TVs are in the living area, master bedroom, and full bedroom. An outdoor shower is available for quick sand removal. The very large covered porch is an ideal place to grill and sit and watch sea bird and sunsets. Check in and out with no person-to-person contact. This low-residential street has no through-traffic. The quaint area is part of “Old Town” Mexico Beach. This is a serene and unique area that is devoid of tourist attractions, nightlife, and chaos. It is the perfect getaway during all seasons.
