„The staff was awesome. Condo was an easy 2 block walk to the historic district(square outside American Trade Hotel). Location looks a little scary, but we felt safe after going in and out a couple of times. We would definitely stay there again. “

„Very quiet beach and general area! Absolutely no fight for chairs . Enjoyed the available food ,bar and music thurs Fri, sat and sun. The pool is beautiful large and clean . Amenities/gym not as indicated in VRBO . Gym is not available. It has been neglected and needs a significant amount of work to reopen. Despite some vacant and neglected condos, it is a place I would love to return .“

They have 3 hour wait times ( your are calling from a different country) Promises you help and escalation that never comes. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with. „Wow! What a pleasant surprise!! We watched the sun rise and fall over the canal and watched the ships waiting to traverse. From the balcony you can watch the tide come in and go out. The condo was well appointed. We loved the rainfall shower in the master room. Master bed is very low to the floor however, it surprisingly slept fantastic.
