„The resort is fairly new. Rooms are nice and clean in general. However, be prepared that outside noice travels through the doors. The bathroom is big and has a shower as well as a bathtub. Now our biggest annoyance:the staff. The service level needs to be improved! They don't even try to help you with a problem. That's why I can't recommend a stay at Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar.“

„Overall experience was ok however, on being asked a bottle of water, they denied mentioning that since you have checked out so it will be chargeable (Not that we cannot buy a bottle of water as tourists...lol) and this was a complete take away.
