„Cockroachs. The sheets are tattered. When the mattress is exposed its absolutely disgusting, it smells like urine. I had little bites on me. The room is equivalent to a small prison cell no window. The shower is very inconvenient. And cold. Neighborhood full of beggers. Even the security guard was asking me for money. I had to leave and get a new hotel.“

„It is not the cleanest property by normal western standards. But it's only a bit scuffed, not really dirty. The manager is a wonderful, warm-hearted person and all employees do their best to help at all hours of day and night if you have a problem. Careful if you want to take a taxi to the hotel: It lies in a number of one-way streets. Best take the taxi to the main road and take a trike from there. I'll be there again next time I come to Manila.“

„The room's nice and neat. The only real problem was, during our stay, the water pressure was just strong enough to shower and flush the toilet, but if you set the water heater at the weakest setting, it gets too hot and is therefore unusable. Other than that, there's no other problems; the area's safe and quiet with many options for dining and leisure“
