This well-equipped Studio Unit is located in Panorama Mountain Resort's Upper Village. The Ski Tip building is just steps from the Great Hall, Mile 1 Express chairlift, and very close to pools and other year-round amenities. Perfectly suited for a small family or a couple, this unit has lots of charm and space. The thoughtful touches will have you feeling right at home, all while knowing you are surrounded by the beautiful mountains.

Living Room
The living room features a gas fireplace that effortlessly heats the space in the winter. The big-screen TV has basic cable and an Amazon Firestick to log into Netflix or any other streaming service you wish to use. The couch is a new queen sleeper, with all linens required.

Bedroom/Studio
Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

Living Room: Queen sofa bed

Kitchen
This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals!

Included Supplies:
- Full set of pots/pans/platters for large meals
- Serving utensils
- Complete set of knives
- Coffee maker
- Fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a toaster.

Included Consumables:
- Coffee, tea and sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Ketchup, mustard, and relish
- Dishwasher tabs
- Paper towel.

Laundry
There is coin laundry located on the ground floor at a cost of $2 per load. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.

Parking
You will have access to the underground parkade during your stay. Spots are first-come-first-serve.

CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

Check-In/Checkout
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

Guests will need to stop at Central Check-In when first entering Panorama to access the unit.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

The Ski Tip building is in a prime location, offering shopping, village dining and the Mile 1 Express within steps of the door. Being in the Upper Village of the Panorama Resort, you'll be in the centre of everything going on. Whether you're looking to ski, mountain bike, cross-country ski, or just kick back in the hot pools, Panorama has everything you need to live out your mountain fantasy.

Panorama - Invermere Transportation
The shuttle to Invermere runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Ski Tip Lodge in the upper village. The first shuttle is at 9:47 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:21 PM

Please note that Panorama Mountain Resort charges a $30 check-in fee for all Upper Village units (listed as a Community Fee or "Other Fee"), as well as a daily Resort fee (varies from $15-$35/night based on the size of the unit) for all resort guests. Any/all applicable fees will be displayed and charged during your initial booking reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot reduce or remove these fees, and each unit in the resort is subject to them as of November 1, 2024.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
