„Rooms never made up, only one lift working, which took ages, room warm and stuffy, interior falling apart. The electronic key card did not work on three occasions in the space of four days. No apologirs. Always queues at reception. Afternoon tea a joke and noisy guests in the corridors transporting fast food and cans of beer throughout. Disgusting smells though the whole hotel never a smile from the staff who seemed generally demotivated and washed out.“

„On arrival we were given the wrong room. I walked in to be welcomed by a naked man. I had my 2 young girls with me. It then took another 30mins to get us another room. The kitchen was clean but the floors and underneath the beds were filthy the bedroom light didnt work the curtain was broken and the toliet leak we were told someone would come to fix them the next day no one came. No matress protectors for the beds. The beds are very uncomfortable its like sleeping on a lumpy floor. The grounds ...
