Perfect break
We had a wonderfully relaxed week in Oct 24. The check in was perfect. Free parking next to the villa. Lovely and clean, well equipped. Little extras like cool packs in the freezer were appreciated. Nice to have pool towels as well as bath and hand towels. The complex was quiet and I very barely had to share the pool!

We really enjoyed staying at Blue Sky Villa Zues Gardens as it was very clean,had comfortable beds and had all the essentials in the kitchen including a cool bag and lots of ice blocks for the bag fo when going out to keep drinks cold. Under the tv there lots of games and buckets and spadez for families to use. The outside of the villa was kept imaculate and had a great pool. The residents that live in Zues Gaedens made us feel welcome and were very friendly.looking forward to going back to this property next year.The landlady Heather could not have been more accommodating from the time we booked right up to sending us the information pack. Overall beautiful villa great atmosphere and location friendly neighbours close to shops chemist and paphos restraunts and bars . Thank you Heather for letting us stay at your beautiful villa Edmond

Hi, Me and my children had a very pleasant and lovely stay at Blue sky villa Zeus Gardens,it was close to the lovely beach’s and harbour just a10-15 minute casual walk,,with lots of restaurants and bars. The Villa was nice and clean with all the essentials if you want to cook indoors. The pool was very clean and lovely for a morning or late evening swim which my children really enjoyed 😊. Also there is little supermarket 2 minutes walk away with everything you need to food and drink etc. Heather the host was very nice and helpful. I would definitely come back to stay in this lovely villa in beautiful Paghos (Cyprus)😀 Thank you James

The property was a delighful villa in a peaceful residential area. The villas owner Heather was very easy to contact thoughout the process of renting and ensuring my concerns and any special requirements were met. The complex pool was well maintained and meet fully our requirements. Locally within a 5 minute walk was a well equipped farm shop. All the local amenities of Phatos was in easy walking distance or for further a field good bus links. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to retuning.

We enjoyed our stay here. Arranged at the very last minute, Heather was the saviour of our holiday after we were let down by another host. Great Villa in a Good Location
First visit to Cyprus and wanted nice villa in a good location .This property delivered both . Two good Tavernas within 5 minute walk .Bus stop just around the corner if needed .The owner , Heather , communicated all the necessary details and was very helpful . On the first night there was a problem with water pressure but I spoke to the property manager the next morning and the problem was fixed very quickly .Heather was very apologetic but these things happen .As I said communication was excellent and the problem resolved swiftly so no big crisis. Having read a previous visitors comments in the visitors book I can only assume they were the kind of people who can only complain about things .I'm surprised they did not complain about the weather being too hot or sunny or that they had stayed somewhere else as it certainly bore no relationship to what I experienced . All round a great stay and made my week in Cyprus very memorable and enjoyable .

Well equipped and clean villa
The villa was clean and well equipped. It is in a cosy complex. It was nice that toys and games are available at guests' use, especially great for a family with kids. There is a supermarket quite close (2-3 min walking distance) which was convenient. We didn't go on foot neither to the beach nor to restaurants but by car it is easy access. Our kids of 8 and 7 yo were happy to swim in the pool with direct access from the terrace. However, this direct access might become downside for parents with infants who cannot swim, as there is no security barrier, then the parents should keep an eye on them constantly when they are at the terrace. It was a bit pity that tv and wifi access was with extra charge. All in all, we were happy with the villa and recommend.

Host was very nice and helpful. When arriving at night lock box hard to see in dark without outside light on. Well equipped. Linen very good. Single beds only ok for child as mattress is thin and springs very prominent for a normal average adult. Double bed very comfortable. Has lovely, full bath and downstairs WC. . Curtains and blinds and soft furnishing , some soiled, and need upgrade. Area lovely . Shops (2) close by. 2 Taverna close. Sadly due to work going on on roads, quite a trek to the front/ harbour. Everyone very friendly.

Great apartment, wonderful holiday
This apartment in Paphos was (almost!) perfect for our needs. There was myself, my husband and two teenagers and the apartment was spacious and equipped with everything we needed and a little bit more. The communication with the owner was fabulous at all times and when we did have a minor problem with the wifi, it was rectified later that same day. The only reason I say that it was 'almost' perfect was the distance from the centre of Paphos and the beach. It really wasn't very far - about a 15 - 20 minute walk but in the heat we experienced (it's been hot everywhere this year!), it felt a lot longer. But, there is a bus from very near the apartment to the Harbour every half hour and from there you can get to the market, Tomb of the Kings, Coral Bay, the Waterpark for 1.5 euros per person per journey. The apartment is a stones' throw from a convenient shop selling essentials. We would happily return but maybe at a cooler time of year. Thank you Heather for a wonderful holiday and being a fabulous host.

everything on our doorstep, great communication with owner, in fact lots of extra information that was very helpful. everything in villa we needed and more. cleaning could have been a little better. I found an empty cigarette packet in on e of the cupboards in the lounge area and dropped something behind the drawers in the double bedroom and found some litter behind them when I pulled them out.

A nice two bedroom villa only a five minute walk to the harbour and all the restaurants. It has a well stocked supermarket and restaurant/take away just around the corner. It has a nice pool outside although we didn't use it as it was a little early in the season for us.

Nice place to stay with a clean pool
A good place to stay located in a residential area of Paphos. Spacious and with a nice and well maintenanced pool, which we were the only people who took a swim in the week we were there. It was shallow in one end a deep in one end. Nice terrace (the apartment is the one to the left in the front picture of the house with four apartments) for breakfast and other meals. A very good restaurant nearby as well as a supermarket with everything we needed on a daily basis. Many nice restaurants about 20 minutes walk away (if you walk with kids) and about the same distance to a sand bottom beach with sunbeds. Excellent host who gave us all the information we needed and everything worked out great! Good value for money. I would recommend it!

Stayed for a week with my 3 daughters from 29th May until 5th June 2019
Had an amazing week staying at Zeus Gardens. The apartment was over and above expectations. Really clean and caters for every need to make the holiday run seamlessly. Having a washing machine really helped and even a cool bag and ice blocks for days out. There are games, books and cards available too. Beds comfy and good shower. Air conditioning available which was a godsend as even at the end of May temperatures at night were balmy. Handy that Cyprus also has UK plugs so no need for Euro adapters. Used Fitos to pick us up and make return trip from airport. Takes the hassle out of transfers. The apartment is ideally located and is in a nice peaceful part of Paphos. The apartment has comfy sun beds with plenty of towels and the pool is perfect to cool off and was really clean and a pleasure to have on the doorstep. The apartment is one of only 18 on the complex and when we did have a quiet day by the pool we had it mostly to ourselves. We saw a couple of residents but mostly just in the evenings and were really friendly. There is a great supermarket round the corner and excellent restaurant just beyond the supermarket. The port is just a 20-30 min stroll depending on how quick you walk. Alternatively there is a bus stop round the corner which drops off at the port also. We hired a car from the company recommended by Heather and it was delivered to the door next day and collected after use. They were very reasonably priced and flexible if we wanted to extend the hire. Getting about is easy with driving on the left and we made the most of having some great sightseeing trips. Most impressive was Kurion amphitheater and the Tomb of the Kings as well as the Jeep and deep tour. With the car we were able to get to lovely secluded beaches with a taverna away from the touristy areas. Avidmou was a favourite between Paphos and Limassol. I would definitely recommend Zeus for a great holiday and will definitely make a return trip. The only warning I’d make about Cyprus is the portion sizes of the meals out!! Food amazing and hazardous to the waistline. No negatives about this apartment at all and all communication with Heather with regards to the booking and information about the apartment beforehand was excellent and any queries answered straight away. Lovely lovely.

Comfortable, clean, fully equipped.
Very clean comfortable Villa, fully equipped kitchen if not like us you cook when your away. Good sized refreshing pool just steps from the sliding patio doors. Good location just a 5-10 minute stroll to the local restaurants. Very handy supermarket just a 2 minute walk away and if you don't want to walk far for breakfast, lunch or dinner you have pambis restaurant just around the corner. would highly recommend this villa for amenities, location and comfort, be sure to upgrade for the AC in the hot months, we were there late May and it was getting very hot towards the end of our stay.

VERY GOOD - FANTASTIC HOLIDAY
The information booklet regarding the property and including ''Things to do' in and around the area was very useful. Transfers to and from the airport Heather arranged for us. Our Taxi driver named Fytos was very welcoming on our arrival he was such a lovely man and fantastic with the kids, he entertained them straight away. On route to the Villa he gave us some information around the area and pointed out routes to the beach and shops. Fytos gave us good advise not to do 2 days at the local water park as it was very expensive whilst in the park and we would be able to do everything within the park in one day. On the arrival to the Villa he made sure we were able to gain entry to the villa first before leaving us. On returning back to the airport to go home, Fytos personally came to see us and provided us with a gift, (such a beautiful touch) whilst he colleague Andrea's (Also very nice) took us back to the airport. The Villa - Very clean, well equipped. For extra payment we had the TV and wi-fi, this was great for our kids, when needing some rest time out of the sun, worth having. We also had the air con, again for extra payment, certainly much needed. The air con is only in the bedrooms. Downstairs the ceiling fans were fine and you don't really need air con. There are 19 villa's on the complex. Only half were roughly occupied while we where there with a few perminate residents. A very lovely little complex. The pool was great, the kids loved the fact they could have a swim at night. Ice cream van 'Rambo' come along every day, our kids loved them. With the help from Heather she recommend a car hire company - Nestor a family run business. We hired a car for 2 days. 1st day a drive to the Aphrodites Rock (20mins) and a stop at Rikkos beach on our way back. We found Rikkos to be much better that SODAP which was closer to the villa. The 2nd day Lara Beach (Turtle beach, 50mins drive) the roads leading to Lara Beach were very stoney/rocky, we made it through in a Honda Jazz. Lara beach is amazing with crystal clear water. On the way back we stopped at the Tombs of Kings which was very good. I would recommend you visit this one later in the day due to the heat. Eating out locally Pambis restaurant around the corner- we all loved this place, fantastic staff, food and reasonably price. By the harbour is plenty of choice also. Demokritos tavern has dancing every night. Also highly recommend the Wave dancer boat trip, a British run company.
