Just a short walk from the sea and beach, this beautiful, relaxing beach house with its own private pool is ideal for a perfect holiday with family or friends. Located in the picturesque area of Cavo Greco next to the Nature Park with plenty of nature trails, this house is ideal for enjoying nature whilst at the same time being a short drive away from the busy night life of Ayia Napa and Protaras. Restaurants and mini-markets are within walking distance as is the well known Konnos beach.
The space
The ground floor is comprised of a large open plan where one finds the sitting room, the dinning room and the kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a WC. Large balcony doors connect the sitting room and dinning room with the private pool area. There are sunbeds in the garden for your private use. Upstairs one finds 3 bedrooms - two with double beds and one with two single beds - as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. The master bedroom has its own extra en suite bathroom and its own balcony overlooking the garden and pool area.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, the parking area, pool area and garden, as well as the other common use areas of the housing complex.

The house is licensed by the Cyprus Deputy Ministry of Tourism as a self-service accommodation establishment (AEMAK-AMM 0007172).
