Great Location
The unit with the lock off unit was perfect for us. We had a car and the access to the garage and parking directly under our unit made it very easy to get stuff in and out of car. We did not Ski at Park City because of the Ski Patroll Strike. But you walk across the street right to the Town Lift. It was an 8 minute car ride to deer valley where we skied.

Park City/Deer Valley New Year Vacation
Spacious 2 bedroom with an excellent location, convenient parking and good amenities for children. Multiple hot tubs, a heated pool and a game room that was convenient for kids. Properly is situated off main Street with easy walking access to shops and restaurants. Properly was a quick and convenient drive to Deer Valley ski resort. Will definitely stay here with my family again.

Property is great location in downtown, close to all the restaurants/bars and walking distance to slopes. Room was well equipped with what we needed and accommodated our family of 5 perfectly with room to spare! The hot tub was perfect after long ski days and we love this location the best in Park City

WONDERFUL
Wonderful place with tons of amenities on the property, directly across the street from Town Lift … very easy walk, even in ski boots! Summit Watch is great. Not sure how many years we’ve been going there now. Location cannot be beat, right across the bridge from the town lift and right on the main drag. 2 bedroom villa has got everything you need. Plenty of room. Bunch of amenities, i hear, but I don’t really know because I’m there to ski Hopefully will have the chance to return

Location, location, location! Walk across a small bridge to ski rentals, lift tickets & Town Lift to access the whole mountain. Great restaurants within feet or blocks. Great vibe in Downtown Park City. Condo was very clean and well appointed.

Excellent Park City Location
This property is in a great location. The Town Lift is just a walk outside the property. Main Street is also outside the property with many excellent restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The 2-bedroom villa is so spacious with everything you need to make your vacation perfect. No downsides whatsoever. You won’t be disappointed.

Two things to fix
There is insufficient hot water. Most showers turned, or started for many minutes, as cold. Not ok for ski lodging! Also: metal ringing/scraping from heating ducts near room is audible and intermittent, sometimes enough to challenge sleep.

Steps from tow lift
Great location for getting on the town lift into Park City resort. Includes lift side ski valet. A family of 3 and another of four felt right at home. Right in downtown PC. Only complaint wish the hot tubs/pool were closer but it wasn't far away either! First time in PC and loved it.

just be aware...
You might be expecting some level of service on the room, given that it's a Marriott - it was really stunning that there was zero service to the room - no housekeeping at all. Went to try to get a bottle of wine from the front desk, and they had a 6 bottle wine list, and only had two of them. Can't beat the location, and the town is great - just manage your expectations with the property!

Perfect ski trip location
We loved our stay at the Marriott Summit Watch. It was 30 feet from the building to the lift which made it easy and convenient to be one of the first on the mountain and ski right off at the end of the day or for a quick lunch. The hotel staff were lovely and helpful. Plenty of hot tubs to relax in after a long ski day, and we actually enjoyed a number of the daily activities they host. It’s mere steps from all the restaurants we went to in downtown Park City. The room was the perfect size for two couples to have private space and hangout space. We’ll be back!
