The Space:
Enter the home from the private two car garage featuring multiple ski/board racks and enter a lux mud room. The mud room provides ample storage for all your gear and boot dryers featuring multiple ski/board racks. The mud room also provides ample storage for all your gear and dryers to make sure your boots are toasty in the morning. Directly across from the mudroom is a large laundry room equipped with all the essentials. As you continue into the home, you are greeted by a custom wine and beverage area and an inviting open concept spreads out before you with floor to ceiling windows featuring PCMR views. The kitchen features everything any chef would need to prepare a large family meal and the open flow allows them to remain part of the festivities. The island features 4 bar height stools, and the dining room includes two large tables that can comfortably seat a combined 16 people. The dining room seamlessly transitions into the comfortable main floor living room. This living room features a gas fireplace, large TV, oversize couch and 2 comfy chairs. Additionally, the main floor features 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom features a King size bed, large closet, and its own dedicated private bathroom.
Downstairs you will find a fun family room designed with our younger guests in mind. The room features a shuffleboard table as well as a combination pool/ping-pong table. The oversize couch has a pullout Queen bed and is perfect for watching movies on the 75 inch TV. Kids and adults will love the custom bunk room featuring 2 sets of Queen over Queen bunks, one set of Twin over Twin bunks, and a dedicated bathroom. Additionally, the bottom floor features 2 other bedrooms. Each bedroom features a King size bed, large closet, and its own dedicated private bathroom.
The top floor is a private oasis. The primary suite is an oversize room with ski resort views and a large King bed. The primary suite bathroom features a large tub, standalone multi-head shower and large walk-in closet. This floor also features a living area with desk space, TV, and Queen pull-out couch. Lastly the third floor provides access to a roof top deck and 10-person hot tub. The deck has unobstructed views of the Park City Mountain Resort and is the perfect place to enjoy an après ski drink.

Welcome to your getaway! Accessing the home is a breeze. Start by entering through the garage using the convenient keypad. Inside, you'll find a coded lock on the door to the home—simply type in your personalized code, and you're in! This home features a spacious 2-car garage and two additional parking spots in the driveway, offering plenty of room for your vehicles. Please remember that parking in the alley or on the street is not permitted, ensuring a hassle-free experience for all. Let your adventure begin!

Getting Around:
The most convenient way to vacation at this home is with a car. The Redstone area is about 5 miles away. This area has plenty of food options and shopping options. Park City Mountain Resort is approx 8 miles away. The Canyons ski Resort is only 8.2 miles away.

Garage is equipped with a Wall Mounted Tesla Charger for your convenience.

Fireplace
The fireplace is easy to use with just a click of a button on the side of the fireplace.

Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping is not provided for your unit., but is available upon request at an additional charge.

Laundry
The Laundry Room is located on the main floor of the house next to the mudroom. Supplies are there for your use.

Skis/Boots Storage
Please store skis and boots on the tile floors and rubber mat. Skis and snowboards should be left in the garage on racks.

Ski Shuttle
The Park City shuttle doesn’t come to our subdivision.
Spa
There is a spa on property located outside on the balcony. A few items of interest:- All persons use the facility at their own risk - there is no lifeguard on duty.- Pool Towels are available in the basket next to the spa door.- No glass bottles or glass/ceramic items are allowed in the Hot Tub area.- No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the Hot Tub area.- No smoking (including e-cigarettes) is allowed in the area.- Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.- Children under the age of 6 may not use the Hot Tub. Those 6-17 must be accompanied in the HotTub by an adult.- No animals - with the exception of service animals - are allowed in the Hot Tub area.-Please make sure the cover goes back on the spa when not in use.-For all guests’ safety, please lock the balcony door when not outside

Violations of Rules will result in fines and removal from the area. Repeat offenses may result in being banned from usage.

Great house for a group of large families!
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Beautiful view of sunrises and sunsets from the den. Kitchen fit the size of the house and along with the grill allowed for cooking for our large party of 20 (4 families of adults and kids 13 to 20). Property was clean, as pictured, and adequately stocked. The teens loved shuffleboard and the PS in the downstairs den. Adults made great use of the wine fridge and open main floor. In garage ski racks were a great feature and combined with the driveway provided space for 4 cars. Drives to Park City and Canyons for skiing were simple and easy. The house was what we wanted.

Family Thanksgiving
We stayed for an extended family Thanksgiving. It was a great place to gather with plenty of space to congregate but enough space for privacy as well. We were impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was and loved the nugget ice maker. Main down side was the mattresses were unbearably hard!!!! We had 15 people stay and everyone of the mattresses were as hard as lying on the floor. Also there is no street parking and only 4 spots at the property for a house that sleeps 24. If we had realized there was no street parking before the day of our arrival we would have carpooled.

Breathtaking Mansion with Plenty of space to unwind!
A very comfy mansion, with modern amenities and stunning views of the mountains! The only minor issues we experienced were that this house was located in a neighborhood that is still under construction (which obviously will resolve in the future) and slow internet (most likely a feature as the neighborhood builds out). The property owners were very responsive when we reached out and the house had everything that we needed. Highly recommend to anyone!

Beautiful Home
Our family of 25 stayed in this home for a short family vacation. The house was brand new and was comfortable for all with plenty of rooml. We were surprised when we drove up and saw there was no grass for the children to play. My bad. I should have figured it out when there were no pictures of the outside and it's listed as brand new. There was a park close with pickle ball courts and frisby golf so it wasn't an issue.

Perfect Place to Gather and Reconnect!
We really enjoyed the house as it was perfect for our intended purpose....gathering our group to reconnect for a few days in a beautiful place! The great room was perfect and the kitchen was plenty big for us all to prepare meals and eat together. The bedrooms were all nice, clean and spacious with plenty of bathrooms. The location was close enough to amenities without being in a super busy spot. We enjoyed dinner, hiking and recreation within just a short drive. We'd be happy to return to this place again if our group returns to the Park City area!

Perfect house for large family
This is a beautiful new home that is very spacious. Our ski trip involved 10 adults. The open concept easily brought us all together for meals and relaxing after a day of skiing. The hot tub was a big hit after skiing. Bedrooms were awesome - each having its own bathroom (Master was exceptional). Would definitely stay again. It's a new neighborhood - a lot of construction going on.

Work trip
We had a great week in Park City and this property. There were 5 of us and we each had our own bathroom and bedrooms. Condo was beautiful, clean and well stocked. Our only complaints were the extremely hard beds! Fortunately there is a great hot tub to help with the aches and pains of the awful beds. The other complaint was the master shower was missing the door to the shower. Making it an extremely cold shower. Had to use the other showers instead. Would stay again!
