This three-story town home sleeps up to 10 guests between four bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the den.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed and large smart TV. The en-suite bath is appointed with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. 1st set of washer/dryer in closet
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The en-suite bathroom contains a walk-in shower
The third bedroom is equipped with a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath along with a desk and lamp
The fourth bedroom includes a queen bed with 48''TV.

The guest bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. An additional half bath on the main floor is adjacent to the great room for convenience.

Townhouse location was great for exploring the Salt Lake - Park City area of Utah. The house very nice inside and kitchen was filled with just about everything you could wish for on vacation. Had a problem with the garage door that was resolved within 2 days. Great vacation!

Very good rental in multiple ways
This is not only a great property but it also is in a great location - especially for a stay in the summer. There is a grocery store and 2 restaurants within walking distance which is really nice when you need to get something quickly. Perfect Mountain Getaway
We had a great stay at this property. There was plenty of space for our two families traveling together to spread out and the location was perfect to hit Deer Valley, SnowBasin, Snow Bird and the kids favorite right next door, Woodward. The property is light and bright with great views, comfy beds and well stocked throughout. A few of our guests wished there were TVs in each bedroom but everyone agreed the hot tub was perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. It was also really nice to have two sets of washer/dryers for all of our ski gear.

Park City Weekend Lax Getaway
Really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were in town for a girls lacrosse tournament, our family of four plus the two of the grandparents came along. Plenty of room for all of us. Close walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again, would like to try ski season next time!

Perfect spot!
Our family of 6 adults completely enjoyed this property! It is very well designed with master on top floor, open gathering areas and bathroom on middle floor and 3 more bedrooms, 2 baths and separate sitting area on lower floor and hot tub! Walking distance to store and restaurants even in the snow. Easy access to Park City and ski slopes. Would definitely reserve again for a future visit!

Beautiful Home
This property is absolutely wonderful!! The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s big yet cozy. Checking in was a breeze and upon entering we found a basket full of goodies the host had left for us. We thought that was a sweet touch. The house is very clean and comes with all the necessary amenities. I’m extremely picky about the cleanliness and give this place a 10! One bedroom is located upstairs with its own bathroom so it’s nice and private. The rest of the rooms are downstairs. We don’t have a single complaint about our stay. Location of the property is great! Walking distance from a market! Great neighborhood to take a walk around during the day. About a 20 minute drive from Park City. I highly recommend this property. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much for opening up your home to us and allowing my family to make the most incredible memories.
