Welcome to Telemark Luxury Retreat, an AvantStay home!

Our luxurious home provides the perfect setting for your retreat to the beautiful mountains here in Park City. The home is perched perfectly on a hill in Solamere, Lower Deer Valley, providing incredible views of Deer Valley Resort throughout the entire home. The home is situated with ample amounts of space, beautiful and unique finishes as well as a warm, welcoming ambiance everyone will look forward to. The home is great for large groups and families with its beautiful gourmet kitchen, large dining area, two grand living areas, 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, media room, free WiFi, upper and lower decks, hot tub, and a two-car garage.

The main level living and dining area is spacious and open, with beautiful vaulted ceilings and incredible windows providing striking views of the Deer Valley ski area. The living area is situated with a lovely stone-faced wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen HD TV, and a surround sound system. The living space flows into our open dining area, which is situated with a grand dining table that accommodates 10, and breathtaking views of Deer Valley.

The living and dining areas both provide access to the upper-level deck with its incredible views, endless sunlight throughout the day, and peaceful environment, exposing the uniqueness and exclusivity of our home. The grill sits outside on the deck along with plenty of seating to enjoy the views and serene atmosphere.

The dining room opens up to the beautiful and spacious gourmet kitchen. This professional-grade kitchen is excellent for entertaining with its generous counter space, gourmet appliances, and well-thought-out layout. The kitchen is equipped with a Viking stove, Viking refrigerator/freezer, granite countertops, and all high-end appliances. The kitchen island seats 6. Directly off the kitchen is a Butler's Pantry with an extra dishwasher, utility sink, and pantry space.

The main level also provides access to a half bathroom, mudroom, two-car garage, and one of the master suites.

The Primary Bedroom located on the main level is truly one of a kind. You are welcomed with beautiful windows and vaulted ceilings. It is situated with a King bed, gas fireplace, incredible master bathroom, and walk-in closet. The primary bathroom is an incredible feature in itself with its double vanity sink, large jetted tub, beautifully tiled stand-up shower with two shower heads, and access to the generous walk-in closet. The Primary Bedroom also has direct access to the back deck with a sitting area and the breathtaking views of Deer Valley.

The upper-level master suite is a true second primary bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a luxurious king bed, large flat-screen TV, a grand master bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The grand en suite is situated with a double vanity sink, a jetted tub surrounded by windows and beautiful views, a walk-in shower with two shower heads, a beautiful stone-faced fireplace, and a walk-in closet. Sitting off of the upper level master suite is a private deck and sitting area, providing breathtaking views.

Additionally located on the upper level is a hang-out room which can be utilized as a bedroom. This spacious room is situated with two XL-twin beds with twin trundles. The room is also equipped with a ping-pong table. This room is a great place for children and adults to escape to! The space has two beautiful French doors leading to two upper decks.

The lower level living area is an ideal place for our guests to relax at the end of the day. It is a great space for everyone to hang out in with large plush couches, a beautiful fireplace, flat screen TV, a full wet bar, and a pool table. The living area also provides access to the lower level patio where you can make your way to our 8-person hot tub. The first bedroom on the lower level is set up with a luxurious King bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite with a generous-sized walk-in shower and a double vanity sink. This bedroom also provides direct access to the private hot tub.

The second bedroom you find is situated with two twin beds with twin trundles. This bedroom has a beautiful en suite, a walk-in closet, and its own access to the lower patio and hot tub. The third bedroom on the lower level is situated with two twin beds. This bedroom has a beautiful en suite, a large walk-in closet, as well as its own access to the lower patio and hot tub.

The lower level also contains the ideal media room. The media room has plenty of seating with its large comfy plush chairs and bean bags, perfect for cuddling up on and watching a movie in the comforts of your own home. The media room consists of dimming light features as well as an incredible surround sound system and a 100-inch HD projection screen. With all of its features and functionalities, this media room creates an ideal theater atmosphere in our home. Please note there is air conditioning on the main and upper levels of the home, however, the home is not equipped with air conditioning on the lowest level.

Additionally, located on the lower level is a laundry room, which makes it very easy for large groups to take care of everyone’s laundry during their stay.

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The owner keeps a personal vehicle at this home and holds the use of one of the garage bays for this vehicle.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.

Parking Details:
There is parking space for 2 cars in the attached garage, as well as additional parking in the driveway.
Please do not park in the street or you will be towed or ticketed.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. Ski fun
This is our second year to stay at this property with our kids and grandkids. It was very well suited for our needs. We were able to accommodate grandkids and their parents upstairs while the rest of the family spread out downstairs. The common areas are large and set up nicely for games, TV or just relaxing. There was plenty of wood for the fireplace and the house is convenient to Deer Valley and downtown Park City. We will return.

Great Place!
We truly loved our stay at this home in Park City. While I highly recommend this property, the listing does need to be updated. Examples: The listing states that there is a ping pong table, and there is not one; the beds are not exactly as described — there are even more than are listed, which was great. The listing also states that there is AC; we never could get it to turn on.l, but it was fine since there were fans. We had 14 people here and there was still tons of room for everyone. The house was clean, beautiful, and well kept. The neighborhood is lovely. We were provided with trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc, and this is NOT something I am used to! That was so nice!! We would TOTALLY stay here again. Thanks for a great trip!

Snowny days in Park City!
We have rented a number of Villas over the years. This one may have been the best so far. It was very well built and furnished. It is very close to the Deer Valley ski resort and convenient for shopping and entertainment. There was plenty of wood stocked for the fireplaces. The rooms were large and accommodating. The floors were heated when we awakened. The driveway was heated which is important since it snowed most days during our visit. Two thumbs up for this rental.

Family Winter Vacation 2022
We had an incredible family time in this beautiful well-appointed home. From the time you drove in to a heated driveway, the fantastic view of the valley, the beautiful comfortable furnishings, the beautiful dining room & kitchen. There were one or two minor issues in the kitchen like not able to find a can opener and not having enough covered containers to put away food (like I said, minor). Otherwise, we had an incredible stay in this lovely home. The staff were all responsive to questions & requests. Thank you all for a warm beautiful family winter vacation. This property exceeded y expectations. It was very clean, comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen. The only thing I would change is to have extra pillows for those who like two pillows. The heated floors, steam showers, and huge tubs were wonderful.

Home was beautiful. Great space and great views. Some issues that need attention. Snow melt system on steep drive has a section not working. Ice and snow made it dangerous. Ice maker not functioning so had to buy bagged ice. A walk thru on arrival would have been helpful to learn how to operate movie room equipment and living room sound system. Otherwise a great luxury home. Living space was perfect and even w 14 guests it didn’t feel crowded

Beautiful well laid out home.
Excellent layout for several families that like to travel together. Plenty of room and couple of nights that we stayed in we enjoyed the game and a/v rooms. To turn this into a 5-star rating - upgrade the WiFi so it reaches beyond the main living room and clean up the kitchen as it seems to have 5 of everything however few actually work. I think we discovered 5 coffee makers that barely worked. Pls start over in the kitchen and purge the old stuff as a home at this price point and space should be well appointed with working appliances and utinsels.

Large house, well maintained, close to town, as advertised
I booked this home for my college ski team buddies who take a trip together every few years. The house worked great for our group of 8 men. The house is conveniently located about two miles from the center of town. It has a heated, private driveway, lots of amenities with a nice view of the Deer Valley slopes. Plenty of room to spread out and socialize. Hot tub worked well. We used the wood burning fireplace in the great room every night. Definitely recommend for a family or a couple of families.

We loved the this home, and it was perfect for our large family! Overall it is fantastic, and we would stay again. The only minor detractions were that the wifi did not consistently work. Also, it got a little warm on the main floor during the afternoon. The air conditioning upstairs was quite sufficient once we got it started. Thanks for a great stay!

Looks can be deceiving! Read before you book!
We stayed here over our spring break in March of 2017. There were 3 families which totaled 12 people (6 adults, 6 kids). The Good 1. The house is beautiful and well laid out. The set up easily accommodated all of our families. 2. The location is extremely convenient to both Deer Valley and Park City. The Bad 1. The projector in the media room did not work. Apparently it needed to be completely replaced and that wasn't going to happen while we were there. Not a huge deal since the kids watched tv in the family room, but if you're going to advertise having a media room, it should be functioning. 2. Steam shower did not work. Again, not a huge deal, but if you're advertising this amenity, it should be working. 3. The bedroom/playroom on the top floor with the two twin beds did not have window treatments on the several large windows present. If you don't mind being woken up from the sun then this shouldn't be a problem. My kids found this to be a con. 4. There was VERY LITTLE to NO HOT WATER!!!!! To me, this is a deal breaker! Providing hot water to your guests should be expected. Not everyone even took showers everyday or even around the same time. I made a call to the manager and he sent someone out to fix it, but we still continued to have that issue. With all these problems plus the fact that this house is not cheap, I cannot recommend this house, no matter how beautiful it is. I personally do not want to be calling the manager over and over again for these issues when I should be enjoying my vacation. I'd definitely look at other options in the area.

I rented this house for some corporate clients who wanted to ski in Park City for a few days. They loved everything about this home. From the views, to the amazing kitchen, to all the wonderful bedrooms. Their only complaint was that they couldn't stay longer!

Great Deer Valley retreat
We were two families 4 adults and 4 teenagers. This is my 6th summer trip to Park City and this was far and away the best house I've stayed in. Tons of room for everyone to spread out but at the same time a great common area with the kitchen and living room so we could all be together. The deck is great for morning coffee and just taking in the mountains. The Coopers Cabin team was super responsive bringing over fans when it got a little warm (there's only AC in the upper levels of the house).
