Very disappointing experience – room downgrade and invoice problems We booked 3 rooms of the same category for a business trip. At check-in, the rooms provided did not match what we had booked. My room was much smaller and had no working desk. After I complained, I was moved to the correct room, but my two colleagues were told the hotel was full and had to stay in the downgraded rooms. The problems continued after check-out. We paid EUR 483.60 × 3 rooms = EUR 1,450.80, plus EUR 83.16 city tax. After contacting the hotel about the invoice, we received new invoices whose total amount was correct, but the accommodation, city tax, deposit and card payments were unnecessarily split and mixed between different invoices, making them very difficult for our company to process. I simply asked for one accommodation invoice for EUR 1,450.80 and one city-tax invoice for EUR 83.16, but unfortunately I received no further response. For a business hotel, providing the room category booked and a clear, usable invoice should be basic service. Very disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again for a business trip.

Alles sehr sauber, das Personal war freundlich, Lage war perfekt für Städtereise; für Strandurlaub weniger geeignet, da etwas weit entfernt vom Strand.
