Weekend Staycation
It was very nice to stay by the wayer but not quite at the beach. We were able to enjoy wayer without getting sandy. It was awesome that there were kayaks and paddleboards, but other guests didn't seem to respect the property by putting everything back on the racks. I feel like an extra charge to use the equipment might encourage people to treat it better.

Nice but a few drawbacks....
We loved the place and locale, very clean and modern.... but...photos portray the unit (#6) to be bigger than the reality. You desperately need a common ice machine for the guests...we really needed a microwave in #6. ...and finally..at least in #6..the setup makes it impossible for one person to go to bed while the other stays up and watches TV. There's no partition or separation between bedroom and living space. when we looked at #7, it was the same. That's why we didn't upgrade. A night light would've been great also, because when one gets up from bed to pee ( or whatever ), the light blinds the sleeping person as well as the bathroom door is squeaky! These are little things, but they all add up! I would give you 5 out of ten stars...but these little things would make a BIG difference.

Sweet spot
Great little spot for a weekend away with my husband! Not close to a lot of restaurants or anything but it’s nice and quiet and beautiful view on the river.

Clean and convenient
We enjoyed our stay at banana River resort. The property was super clean and often an employee was right around to tend to any requests. The outdoor area is so nice with wonderful views and lots of things into do (games, fire pit, water crafts). Would've loved a full sized frig, but we knew that going in so it wasn't a surprise. The washer and dryer and use is the extra stuff in that room is a nice touch.
