Around the back of the property, a hot outdoor shower offers a little bit of luxury when freshening up after the beach. Just throw your sandy togs and towel in the washing machine, and enjoy alfresco dining with a view at the good ol’ Kiwi picnic table.

The living room is light and bright, with enough furniture for everyone to cosy on down inside on those cooler days, while the TV with freeview and selection of toys and games offer a bit of light indoor entertainment.

In summer, sit at the large dining table and enjoy a meal you’ve whipped up in the well-equipped kitchen. Complete with a dishwasher and a large oven, this kitchen is very well equipped.

Offering four bedrooms over two levels there is plenty of room to spread out. The full bathroom is complemented with an additional toilet and basin, offering just that extra little bit of convenience.

Crown Reef is one of the most central spots in Pauanui, and here at Jewel on Crown Reef you’re only three minutes walk from the shops and eateries, and a 10 minute stroll through Gallagher Park will have you on the white sandy shores of Pauanui Beach. For an adventure further afield, jump in the car and take a 45 minute drive to Hot Water Beach or Hahei, the gateway to spectacular Cathedral Cove.
