Perfect Vacation Home

Wonderful home for a long weekend family reunion. Beautiful views of the golf course and both screen rooms are a super nice place to relax and watch the golfers. Stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of towels. Very clean and spacious. Great to find beach chairs and towels available! Definitely recommend.

They think of everything

The property was as advertised and more. Charles and Annette provided us with everything we could have expected and more. The property is in a great location within Pawley’s Plantation on the ninth fairway just a short walk to the club house. The townhouse is comfortable and well stalked for all your needs. I would encourage anyone to stay in this property.

Daughter’s Wedding

Perfect location for a stay near our daughter’s wedding at Pawley’s Plantation. The villa accommodated our family from ages 19-82. Easy access to nearby restaurants and stores. Check-in and check-out process easy and seamless. We definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Great spot for a pawleys getaway

The place is excellent, very spacious, great if you have kids. Location near the golf course and short walk to clubhouse. Charles was very responsive and kind when we had a small issue. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pawleys plantation rental.

Great place to stay

House/Condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean and wonderful in all ways. My wife enjoyed the jet tub especially. Charles and Annette were very responsive and great communicators. They even gave us a bottle of wine upon our arrival. I had a bit of trouble with the cable TV figuiring out how to get regular TV channels. Charles responded quickly and even offered to come over and help us figuire it out. We figuired it out on our own, but nice to know Charles was ready if we hadn't. Great, quiet neighborhood and friendly kind neighbors. We all loved it.

Perfect Villa for 4-Golfer Stay - Definitely Choose this one

I rarely write reviews because it’s not often that a property greatly exceeds my expectations. I booked this Villa for a golf trip reunion for 4, all adults in our 50’s and who typically stay in Ritz Carlton level resorts so that should give you a sense of what we expect in our lodging. This property is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood overlooking the 9th Green at Pawley’s Plantation and you can sit on the patio while grilling your steaks and talk to the golfers coming by to get course tips. The Villa was well stocked with everything you need to start your stay including shampoo and soap. And we really appreciated the simple things such as spices and foil that kept us from over purchasing items at the grocery that would go to waste. If you’re looking for a party atmosphere, go up the road to MB, but if you want a beautiful place within 12 minutes of some great golf courses where you can grill and enjoy seeing friends, there is no better place. Oh, one tip is to be sure to walk over to the Clubhouse and listen to the band playing on the porch overlooking the 18th green.

2024 Golf Trip

Pros- I was looking for a place to accommodate 4 guys on our annual golf trip and boy this place did not disappoint. 1: Very well maintained, clean and updated 2: Plenty of hang out space 3: Outdoor area sitting on hole nine of Pawleys Plantation was awesome. 4: Beds were very comfy 5: Great location- able to hit all the local course within 5-10 mins, dinning and night life short drive. 6: Great quiet and friendly neighborhood. Cons- Parking- arrived late on Thursday, parking lot has plenty of room if folks would park correctly. Could use dedicated parking spots for each condo with lines.

Pawleys Island golf trip

Great location on the 9th hole of Pawleys plantation. Plenty of room for our party of 4. Close proximity to other courses like True Blue and Caledonia. Owners very responsive and condo was very clean with lots of little perks like providing towels, linens, etc etc. Very easy to work with and responsive.
