„Quiet and private with great views. I walk my dog to the top of the mountain (trail off the driveway). He loves to sniff the elk scent and I enjoy the mountain and rim views. We did see a coyote. The master is comfortable, the second bedroom is a loft. Good hosts and we are up to our 6th visit.“

„We had a lovely week in Payson. The property felt secluded but was close to town. We took walks and saw Elk in the yard. We enjoyed the cold weather and the cozy fire place. But the most impressive aspect that sets this property and owner apart from other properties is how quickly the owner responded to a heating problem we reported only late on a Friday afternoon.
