Problem Solved
We arranged for an early check-in with the owner, as we had to rush off to a wedding rehearsal…my granddaughter was getting married. Unfortunately, the prior renters or the housekeepers, had locked the door from the inside, so my code would not work to allow entry. I called the owner and he was immediately and graciously at ‘the ready’, and guided us through the entry system to get in from the garage. As to the unit, it was clean, inviting and so convenient in location. I would most definitely recommend this VRBO.

Beautiful location in Payson
Owner has GREAT communication from the moment you book your stay. Place is BRAND NEW BUILD. Everything was well stocked, dishes, pans, silverware, etc. We only used the master bedroom and bed was very comfortable. Living room furniture was also new and very comfortable. Outdoor furniture was very comfortable as we'd spend our mornings and evenings outside enjoying the view. Host has a brand new grill and we used it too. Host also had all kinds of spices available, as well, which was totally awesome (most places only have salt/pepper) Can't wait to go back again, when we're ready for our next little getaway from the valley.
