Welcome to the Dairy House! You'll be just a few steps from a Centennial Beach and if you choose to stay home you'll hear the waves from your bedrooms, covered deck, patio, and fenced yard. This 3BR/2BA home + brand new studio style mother-in-law apartment (accessed through the main house or private entrance) brings together traditional cottage charm and modern convenience.

The Space:
The Dairy house is the perfect place for groups of friends and multi-generational families: Walkable to the ferry and all the restaurants and shops, but tucked away quietly on a barely traveled road. This home is ideal for visitors who want a little of everything. Plenty of options for privacy, as well as having fantastic family togetherness. Indoor and outdoor dining space, two full kitchens, and spacious living spaces. Your most difficult choice will be where to have your morning coffee and evening cocktail ... the deck, the patio, or just hanging in the yard?

The studio mother-in-law includes a king sized bed, private entrance, brand new tile shower, laundry, and full kitchen. All but one wall is above grade so there is plenty of natural light.

This house includes wifi, laundry, ocean view, tub and shower, outdoor shower. ONLY ONE DOG ALLOWED. *NO SMOKING**NO LARGE GROUPS*

You will be charged 50% at time of booking and the remaining balance 60 days prior to arrival or no later than June 1. THIS RESERVATION PAGE UNFORTUNATELY DOES NOT SHOW THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE. PLEASE BE ASSURED THAT YOU WILL ONLY BE CHARGED 50% UPON BOOKING (unless your stay is booked after June 1 or within 60 days of reservation.) All payments are refundable until April 1 less the processing fee.
