„Copa beach house looks out over Copacabana beach and sits amongst the trees. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with the beautiful view and the peacefulness of the area. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The walk down to the beach is easy and the climb back up the hill was great exercise. Taking the car should be considered if it’s very hot or fitness levels are a concern. The house and grounds were enclosed so safe for our 2 little dogs who were so ...

„NINE was a wonderful weekend away for our family. Despite being in the winter, the home is warm, and full of charm. We immensely enjoyed the SUPs, tinny, hot tub and wonderful recommendations of host, Elly. „This is paradise. The apartment is beautiful and the terrace overlooking the ocean is simply stunning. We spent ours on the terrace and watched the waves. „Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in Sydney, mit sehr freundlichen Hotelpersonal. Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr gut, es könnten vielleicht 2-3 Teller, Gläser und Tassen mehr sein. Für ein Gedeck lohnt sich der Geschirrspüler nicht. Wir werden gern wieder kommen.“

„Stayed just one night on way south. Place was fine, probably a bit old style and need of refreshment. However, room was very clean and everything was working. Location on in the middle of a parking lot and surrounded by streets doesn’t give a beach hi kissy feeling, but for our short stop over it was actually perfect . Town is a bit sleepy, everything closes at 9pm, hurry for your dinner ! “

"Visiting during NYE. Terrible accommodation. Don't go there. Accommodation is not a hotel. Worse than B&B. Booked the most expensive room and received it in very poor condition. Complaints to reception more than 5 times. Only email to management brought improvement very slowly. Reception and management completely overwhelmed. Therefore, contact with the owner, Iris Hotel Group, had to be sought. All too much effort. I just wanted to have a nice vacation. From Mr. Kangais, Iris Group, no response or compensation to date. Impudence. Don't waste your nerves or money on this accommodation. Room very dirty, many things broken. "

Modernes Hotel mit möglichen Kapazitätsgrenzen

"Tolle Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. Pool auf dem Dach mit einigen Liegeoptionen. Bemängeln würden wir lediglich den Platzmangel beim Frühstück, nur zwei Lifts bei so vielen Etagen und Gästen sowie den fehlenden Sonnenschirmen beim Pool. In unserem Fall war es auf unserer 4 wöchigen Reise das einzige Hotel, welches im Voraus bezahlt werden wollte und keine Stornierungen erlaubte. Wir waren vor 11 Jahren im Vorgängerhotel am gleichen Standort und es ist nun alles top modern. Es schien vieles an seine Kapazitätsgrenze zu gelangen unter anderem beim Frühstück, Parking, Lifts und dem Wäscheservice, wo wir mehrmals nachhaken mussten um erstens die Abholung zu organisieren und zweitens die Artikel wieder zu erhalten. Die Wäsche haben wir zum Glück beim Checkout erhalten. "
