The neighborhood is quiet too! I want to share one small complaint—the communication left much to be desired. The property is in a remote location up beautiful, winding mountain roads. „The only great thing about this listing were the beds. It was next to the main road entering Carmel so it is noisy and the property is actually not a home (this site is called vacation rentals by owners, right?) it is a run down inn. The bathroom has not been renovated in ages and the drain let off a sulphur scent that could be smelled in the bedroom. The description mentions an outdoor terrace but it is just an unappealing space off the parking space.“

„The house is beautiful, even though it’s very old the charm of old Pebble Beach is apparent. It’s very clean, beds are very comfortable. The picture do not do the property justice and interior photos on a bright sunny day would certainly sell this place better. I was hesitant booking the property based on the photos but past reviews helped in my decision. Only request would be better quality toilet paper and several more bath towels.
