We got to our Big Bass Lake home in high spirits and great enthusiasm and the destination did not disappoint. The place accommodated all 11 of us with much room to spare. „The house is a cute little house in the woods. The house did not disappoint. It was clean and served its purpose. The only disappointment was the dock and the access to the lake. We were excited to squeeze some fishing in but we discovered it was not an easy task. The little stream of water the dock is next to is too shallow to float the boat out to the lake. We had to walk the boat out but then caught some fish. It wouldhave been better if we were mentally prepared before hand.“

„What a perfect weekend get away for a family wedding in Carbondale at St. Rose of Lima Church and then reception at Birchtown Wedding and Evenings, which as less than 3 miles from the house! „Rented this 5 bedroom property on Big Bass Lake. First time renting with VR B O. Everything was great. Had good weather for all 5 days. Got a lot of use out of the kyack and hot tub. Also took a few bike rides. Found a few good restaurants and cooked in for 2 dinners. Great place. “

„I have had a lot of home rental experiences and this one was stand out for me. Yoel and his team (Dave) did a wonderful job ahead of time and during the weekend to make sure we had what we needed. He proactively reached out and offered to help. He brought my kids scooters from his house during the weekend. It was lovely. The house is beautiful. With capacity to host like 30 people. We had lots of room and our kids were able to run and enjoy themselves. “

„Everthing was as described in the listing except the hot tub. That did not look like they switch out the water as often as described unless there is metal in their water that gives it the tint. There was also sand in bottom. We only went in it once. We also had trouble figuring out the arcade. Other than that it was a great time.“

„We used this house as a home base for a planned spa day at Woodloch and it was perfect! Plenty of space and outdoor fire pit is great. Only knock was the grinder pump in the basement woke the whole house up at 3am but we understand that is hard to control. Great location and the host was very responsive and accommodating to my questions before hand. “
