„The property was very clean and comfortable with a fantastic view. Lots of windows with a few that can be a little stiff when trying to close or open the metal exterior blinds but manageable. On our first day it was cool and windy on the lake with huge waves crashing against the rocks out front and splashing against the large bay windows, we were looking forward to the hot tub. Had unexpected guests arrive for a few drinks and late night hot tub but unfortunately tub water level wasn't checked ...

„We rented the cottage in order to visit the Hawk Tower in the Essex Cty Conservation Area. It was the perfect convenient location and a cozy place to relax after a day spent outdoors. We'd recommend it to anyone looking for a special way to enjoy the comforts of home in a beautiful natural setting. It was our third visit and we look forward to coming back again.“

„A group of 4 couples got together for a weekend of friendship, fun and wine tours. The lake front location is relaxing and the cottage has everything you need for a get-away. The hosts responded promptly when notified and the weekend went as planned. Highly recommended.“

„The house was great. Lovely decor. We had fun exploring Kingsville on foot. We tried some nice restaurants, checked out the Migration Festival events, and rode bikes at Point Pelee. Would love to come back sometime.“

„We had a beautiful stay with 6 kids and 4 adults. The house was super clean, roomy and exactly if not better than described. We had a little hiccup at check in but easily addressed by Paul who was very communicative! We loved the front and back porch for coffee and the hot tub for relaxation. We will be back. “

„Everything here was great - the description of the property was bang on. The host Mary answered all my (many) questions and addressed my concerns. Plenty of linens, towels, dishes, etc., so we felt right at home. We brought some things of our own but they were not needed. We used the BBQ while we were there which was nice and we enjoyed a campfire on two nights. The grocery store isn't too far away which was great. We'd absolutely rent this place again. “

„We booked on short notice so we could participate in the Rice Moon freighter canoe tour that night at Point Pelee. Communication with the owner went smoothly and the place was sweet: simple and nice furnishings, clean and very spacious. It needed a bit of an air out when we got there but all else was very good. :)“
