Georgian Bay Escape - Perfect getaway right by the lake. Private deck w/ pool.

Located right next to Georgian Bay, our well-equipped home is the perfect get away with lots of activities in the quaint town of Penetanguishene. Explore the area with a snowmobile tour or ski at near by slopes. Lots of beautiful beach's near by for your summer stays.

Only minutes from the waterfront, Champlain Wendat Park with a splash pad, outdoor gym, skateboard, museum , floating fishing dock, beach volleyball, restaurants along the way!

The home has 2 large bedrooms upstairs with ensuite Jacuzzi bath, each with a queen bed and luxurious bedding, crib, towels and bathrobes. A sofa bed sleeps two on the main floor living room, just lift up the convertible couch for bedding and additional queen futon for two in the basement. There is also a full bathroom on the main floor and full laundry facilities.

Air mattress and extra bedding available.

Well equipped kitchen with all you need to cook up a storm! Basic ingredients and beverage station for that morning cuppa or latte provided. Just bring the Turkey and company!

Chill in our salt water pool opens in Summer on a spacious fenced deck complete with Cabana, pool side furniture and natural gas BBQ. There is a fire pit on the outside of the deck. Sunsets are divine!

Lots of indoor games including Foosball, high speed internet, TVs & cable

To get to Penetanguishene, take Highway 400 past Barrie and route 93 all the way to the house.

There is parking space for 4 cars on the property, and key code entry into the house will be provided prior to arrival.

My place is literally minutes drive away from Tiny, Tay, Midland and Springwater, a Bee Farm, Orchards and fields and stables, the Wye Marshes, beaches and too many pristine lakes with boat launches to count! Super nice local folks.
