„This is a landmark resort build in the 1970. While it is very well kept, it does show its age here and there. „Por fuera muy bien. Las habitaciones es otro boleto. Colchones muy malos. Viaje de negocios buscas descansar. Creo no justifica la relación con el precio. Es elevado por lo que recibes. Pero debes entender que es destino de costa y siempre se eleva todo.“

„Todo muy bien, el único detalle fue qué lamentablemente nos nos hicieron el aseo en la habitación aunque se haya pedido en recepción. Pero fuera de eso es un excelente lugar para hospedarse, si el agua de la alberca fuera climatizada estaría de lujo.“

„La atención de parte del personal fue muy buena, las habitaciones cumplen con su cometido de llegar a dormir despues de estar en playa o paseando, lo malo fue que el servicio de restaurante no estaba disponible y tenias que salir a bucar algo o traer tus cosas para consumir en el hotel. No hay refrigerador en las habitaciones, pero se podía rentar uno. La playa es tranquila, ideal para niños.“

„Oft sind es die Kleinigkeiten, die den Unterschied machen, ob man sich wohlfühlt oder nicht. Das zwar Salat aber kein Essig und Öl gibt mag verwundern aber noch verständlich sein. Aber weder Salz noch Pfeffer? Leider funktionierte auch unsere Klimaanlage nicht. War das wirklich vorher nicht bekannt? Wir bekamen dann ein anderes Zimmer. Das Hotel wirbt damit umweltfreundlich zu sein. Zu dem überschaubaren Frühstück gibt es jedoch ausschließlich wegwerf Geschirr. “

„Very nice and centrally located hotel in colonial style. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the nice restaurant is serving breakfast and good ceviche and margaritas in the evening. Colonial is for me the best choice in downtown Manzanillo, and I very much prefer this location over the touristic areas along the bay.“
