Introducing North Pensacola's newest, quintessential vacation rental on the market! Situated under the cover of gigantic mature oak trees in the Whisper Way neighborhood sits this gorgeous pool home that is perfect for your whole crew. This home is less that five minutes to Interstate 10 and just off of beautiful Scenic Highway. Convenient to the airport and Pensacola Beach, with all of the amenities of home. Come experience this home and you'll bring your family back year after year.

This huge 4 bedroom, 3 bath home boasts over 3,000 square feet of space. The living room features huge tall ceilings, an oversized leather sectional, and a large flat screen smart TV. The large dining room connects to the fabulous, gourmet kitchen with granite counters and high-end commercial grade stainless steel appliances. As an added bonus, there is a huge game room that the kids will absolutely love. There is another sectional couch and smart TV along with a poker table, air hockey, and a gigantic chalk board. The bedrooms are split with the huge primary king suite and another queen bedroom downstairs. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms connected with a Jack & Jill bathroom. One bedroom with a king bed and crib and the other with two twin bunk beds. Every bedroom comes with a mounted smart TV for entertainment. There is plenty of space for large families or two families coming together.

The backyard is the stuff dreams are made of. Just off the living room are 3 sets of French doors that lead directly out to the covered patio where you will find outdoor dining, a Big Green Egg, a hammock, fire pit, and corn hole boards. Oh yeah, and the gorgeous private in-ground pool. You will not want to leave the back yard and why would you. On the side of the house there is a huge driveway with ample space for multiple vehicles, a boat trailer, or even an RV.

Not to customer focused
Our family was significantly impacted by hurricanes Helene and Milton that prevented the majority of our family from attending. When I inquired about getting a refund I was told since neither Hurricane impacted the rental there would be no refund Not very customer focused but all about the profit. Three family members did ultimately stay at the rental. During the first night one family member discovered an active water leak near the master bedroom. A plumber was required to fix the leak. A hole was cut into the wall to fix a leaking water line. The hole remained along with a mess and a fan to dry out the water damaged floor. Not what we would expect from well managed property. Finally the house didn’t seem to have been thoroughly cleaned from the last renter. Several areas, including the living area and the grilling area weren’t clean. Overall a disappointing experience.

Nicely styled home
We loved the house except the floors were filthy, socks and barefoot were not an option. The only mop in the house was swiffer wet pads, which explains the cleanliness. This property would be amazing had it been maintained and cleaned. The kitchen cabinets are all loose, refrigerator door handles loose. The master shower leaked and wouldn’t dry due to water being held under the tile floor. Water also appears to be coming through the wall in the master by the door on the other side of the shower. The managing company was notified.

Great Home in a Great Location
Just like the pictures. Kids had a great time. Only issues was there was a faulty toilet which I notified the property management about. The pool was hard to keep clean with all of the leaves that kept falling. It would have been perfect if the pool was heated or had a solar cover to keep it warm.

This house is the perfect place for multi-generational family gatherings. It is tucked away in a nice neighborhood centrally located near the Pensacola beaches, many hiking trails and just off of I-10. We will definitely be back!

Great for Large Family
We rented this beautiful home over Labor Day weekend to attend a wedding. Originally we were going to rent a place on the beach but decided not due to it being hurricane season. The backyard Beach BBQ home ended up being a great alternative. The home is beautiful as pictured and very spacious. The whole family enjoyed the game room and the pool the most. (We would have enjoyed the backyard area more if the night lighting worked.) The endless hot water allowed us all to shower with no delays which was very nice when everyone was trying to get ready at the same time. The MB shower was a big hit. The kitchen/dining, outside seating and grilling areas are perfect places for home cooked meals. The only downside for cooking was there was plenty of cookware for stove top cooking but very limited for baking/roasting. There were also no grilling utensils. We figured this was due to the place being new and will change with time. The house is custom/unique with one small draw back. The flooring in the LR and MB is multi level which is not the best for all. The LED lighting helped and would be nice at the front entrance to LR. Overall, we would not live here because I10 overpass is at the edge of the backyard but we would definitely stay here again and recommend for others. The I10 traffic is heard some outside but not inside. We did not go to the beach but it is not very far away with easy access. One really cannot beat the overall amenities offered by this home.
