"When you open the door to this lovely condo, you will find you are right on the beach! Beautiful view. Also, the condo is located close to many restaurants, with some within walking distance. There is an ice cream shop in the strip shopping area across the street. They are serving coffee and croissants in the mornings. The condo is very nicely decorated and comfortable. It was all my husband and I needed for a short getaway."

"This is the second time we have stayed at The Cottages on the Green in Pensacola, Florida. This is located in a quiet, safe area. There are plenty of parking places. The rooms are clean and spacious. Our cottage had a small refrigerator, coffee maker and supplies, ironing board and iron, and a large size TV. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. "

"This was absolutely one of the best experiences! Right in the middle of most everything you need, turn right out of the drive and you could go into Alabama for quick things, turn left and you could go further into Perdido and use grocery stores, gas, etc etc. Restaurants on both ends close and the beach is just right across the road!!! Will be using this location again if we get the chance!"

"I am very picky when it comes to the cleanliness of rentals that I stay in! This condo met my high standards. Everything was very clean and looked just like the photos. It was so convenient that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Due to construction, we did not have access to the balcony, which was a bummer. The construction debris outside on the windows made the view of the ocean blurry. Thankfully, no active construction was happening while we were there. The bedrooms were comfortable, but my (queen) room needed more storage. There was not a chest of drawers to unpack clothes into, and the drawers in the bathroom were tiny. It was great to have direct access to the beach. Note that the walkway ends in about 7 stairs, so you're not able to wheel a large beach wagon out onto the sand. This posed some logistical difficulties while traveling with 3 kids! Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place."
