„The cabin itself while small is really nice. It wasn't really warm while we were there, the AC worked well. The lot is a nice lot with good flat ground by the lake and the shore is sand. We didn't use the washing machine, but the dryer was nice to have for wet clothes. The issues I had with the place is that while it is sand bottom it was very weedy. Plenty of bedrooms (and bathrooms) to spread out in, and lots of space inside for dining, hanging out, etc. So close to Perham and great dining and shopping as well.
