Spectacular Views and Amazing Sunsets! This Cape Cod home has it all. Private dock and yard for relaxing with a cup of coffee or eating crabs. Feel at home in the beautifully decorated interior. Views of bay from kitchen, family room, master bedroom and dining area. Comfortable wicker furniture on patio and screened in porch. The name says it all! 40 minutes from Philadelphia and Baltimore. 10 minutes from North East, MD, Havre de Grace and Port Deposit. 20 minutes from Chesapeake City.

Relaxing Vacation
I would highly recommend this location to a small family, 2 couples, a few friends. We did enjoy our stay for a short getaway and spend time with family. The views were good. Area quiet. House was beautiful, fully stocked kitchen to make your favorite meal. Plenty of towels and linens. Washer and dryer provided so no need to pack a lot. The only that would make it a fantastic location would be easier acess to get in the water for the Kayaks or floating toys and a pool for the hot days. The bay water wasnt the cleanest to get in and swim. But overall we did have a good time. Host was easy to get a hold of and responded when we had issues. I would stay there again for a quiet getaway.

Beautiful property perfect for family
We loved this property so much. The yard is huge and the views of the water are breathtaking. The house has its own dock as well as a fire pit and nice farmers porch and screened in porch. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Beautiful house
This house was absolutely amazing! It was very clean and the view from the house is wonderful. The pictures doesn't do justice. Also the house had everything you needed from kitchen utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker and much more. We would definitely stay again!

Great, Quiet Getaway
Looking for somewhere that is quiet and on the water, this place is for you. We stayed here late November and had a great experience. Though tucked away it was close enough where many fun activities were within a 1 hour drive. The property was clean and had great views. Liked it so much we booked another long weekend for late spring to try and take advantage of any activities on the water during the warmer weather.

Wonderful
The property is just as advertised and was very clean. Even though we could’ve had better weather, we had a great time. We used the outdoor fire pit at the water’s edge and were delighted to see bald eagles each day. We definitely plan to return again in the future.

This was our 3rd year here and we find it very relaxing. One suggestion we have is to install comfort level toilets. The ones there are very low making them difficult to maneuver.

Dream home on the water
I can’t say enough about this house. This is our second time staying here. First time with the new owner. The house was exactly how we remember it the first time around. Beautiful, comfortable furnishings, clean, amazing views. We enjoyed kayaking everyday with the kayaks provided in the house. We brought our own inner tubes and enjoyed afternoons floating in the water at the end of the dock. Let’s just say we did not leave the house once besides to pick up food here and there and we absolutely had an amazing time. If your looking for somewhere relaxing, quiet, and with stunning water views, this is the place!

Golf getaway
We are a group of 4 (2 couples) on a quest to golf in each of the fifty states. We stayed in this home for 5 nights, golfing in four states while there…perfect location for our needs! We loved the waterfront property, and the home worked well for our needs. We did find the second bedroom to be quite small, but it certainly was functional. We only had one issue while there. The TV in the living room was not working correctly. The owner was very responsive, and had a local handyman stop by to address it. Unfortunately he couldn’t get it working either. An appointment had to be made with the service provider, and couldn’t happen while we were there. Regardless, it was a small issue for us, as we were busy golfing anyway! Great property!

Favorite cottage!
This beautiful little cottage on the Chesapeake is a real gem. The property, inside and out, is meticulously cared for. Kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable. Since the weather was PERFECT, we ate every meal outside and spent most of our time on the pier or the porches. Bald eagles soared above, a great blue heron visited daily, as did a family of ducks. There were gorgeous views from every part of the property. The fire pit was lovely at night, by the bay. We throughly enjoyed our relaxing, long weekend and plan to return, again!
