A dreamy 'shoes off' style of comfort is offered in this 2 bedroom cottage-like villa in a very quiet complex.
The lounge area has a view of the sea through the trees where you can:
- relax on the sofa bed
- watch tv
- read or play board games
- radio/portable Bluetooth speaker
- Air/con heating

The fully-equipped kitchen has:
- fridge/freezer, pantry and extra storage
- oven/induction stove top
- microwave
- quality cookware/dinner
- extendable dining table
- coffee and tea facilities
- plastic plates/cups in a handy backpack, for a picnic at the beach.

Sleep to the sound of the waves in either the queen-size or double-sized bedrooms with:
- quality bedding, pillows and extra blankets for winter
- extra guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge
- electric blankets available for all beds
- good storage space
- a single mattress for kiddies
- ceiling fans
- bedding, sheets, bath and beach towels

The bathroom/ separate toilet has
- spacious shower and vanity unit.

Carport and extra parking offers

The villa is within a quiet, friendly complex of mostly residential and some holiday units so respectful behavior is expected from our guests. This unit is our family holiday getaway too. We really like the neighbors and do not wish to upset them.
No parties and noise volumes are to be reduced by 10pm. No smoking or drugs.
