„Wir waren für vier Nächte in Logirait. Die Lodges sind, trotz der Nähe zur Straße, ziemlich ruhig. Man kann von dort optimal Touren in die Highlands unternehmen. Der nächste "richtige" Ort ist etwa 15 Autominuten entfernt. Falls man sich nicht selbst versorgen möchte, gibt es einen Pub und Freitags bis Sonntags ein Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Lodges waren für unsere Zwecke optimal ausgestattet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.“

„Sehr nette Vermieter, ruhige Lage. Der See ist sehr schön auch zum schwimmen. Parkplätze in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Die Kuchenauswahl im Café sah sehr lecker aus, leider haben wir nicht davon probiert “

„Lovely weekend away. Lodge was beautiful and spotlessly clean. High chair and travel cot were provided, both in excellent condition. Resort and surrounding area are well worth a visit. Communication from owners was very good, Lorraine answered all my questions promptly. “

„We had a great time during our weekend stay. The resort was very peaceful and has a lovely little coffee shop as well as other amenities that we didn't get round to using. The place was very clean and neat and the check-in and out was easy via a lockbox. The beds are very small (can't be helped given the size of the caravan), we did have 5 adults staying but even the shortest of us on the stay had their feet hanging off the edge - aside from the size they are comfortable enough to manage a night ...

„Working over Christmas we booked this break to get away from all the madness. Just us and the dog. Thimblewynd was just perfect and we loved it. Peaceful and comfy throughout we chilled out in front of thr log burner or in the hot tub, the tv wasn't on once! We eat at the Kirkstyle Inn which was lovely but made ourselves breakfast and snacks in the well equipped kitchen. There was not a single thing we could fault and we loved every minute. Thanks to Maggie for hosting us. “

„Four of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers) were lucky to stay in this cottage for a week. We were greeted with a lovingly packed basket of local goodies. The cottage itself leaves nothing to be desired.
