There were numerous items that needed fixing around the property light globes where blown, door handles loose, towel racks hanging off their hinges. When we mentioned that the spare gas bottle was empty, we were told to take it to the service station, and have it filled giving them the receipt and funds would be reimbursed. Sorry not good enough!
