„Good location, not recommended for people looking for silence and tranquility, as there is a a very noisy party bar in the building. Also, there is a lack of communication between the organisation, since there is no coordination regarding the delivery of keys or the status of the apartments.(At least in my case)“

„We had booked a premium apartment with AC but we got without AC. Upon complaining at the reception, they said that they’re sorry for the inconvenience and we could cancel the booking. It was very late in the evening and we didn’t want to search for another accommodation. We asked for a reduced price, as the apartments without AC were cheaper but they said it’s not possible to get a reduced price. „This was a nice apartment with a great view of Cusco. The owners (while not english speaking) were very nice and even organised washing for us. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen / lounge area was nice. A couple of things to note about the property. In winter it gets quite cold (there is a oil fin heater provided). The bathroom is very little (which is standard for Cusco) and the shower has a retrofitted heater shower head. These seem to be in all places that don't have a hot water supply, ...
