You'll be within minutes from local attractions such as Low Water Bridge, Badin Lake OHV Trail Complex and Seagrove Pottery. Golf, lakes, and other outdoor attractions make for awesome local day trips. The large yard and parking area affords adequate space to bring and maneuver your off-road toys, trailers, boats etc... Beautiful Country Cabin
We very much enjoyed this property. Well stocked, extremely comfortable and a hit with our 2 dogs. They loved the fenced in yard. Hope to enjoy it again as our son’s family lives in the area.

Wonderful
We were visiting family with our dog. This house was a perfect home base. Lots of places to walk to exercise our dog , then she’d sleep soundly by the fire place. We also went to Southern Supreme fruit cake, seagrove and Star Works . The home itself is very comfortable, well appointed and has everything that you expect to have. Very clean, comfortable beds and everything works! We look forward to staying here again on our next visit!

Just as described and we would definitely stay here again! It was convenient to Seagrove which was what we were looking for in a rental. We only there for a very short stay, but hope to be back for a longer one. My only suggestion would be to make the kids room with a lower bed.

Wonderful home, comfortable relaxing area, generously furnished. Close enough to town and attractions. We would recommend this home for anyone to stay. Pet friendly large fenced in back yard and plenty of open fields to walk our dog. We will be using it again if available in the future.

The perfect getaway
We booked for our fall family vacation. #1 on our list was to go to the NC Zoo. We have 2 under 18months, so we weren't looking for tons of attractions. We were able to relax, stay on the babies' schedules ~ and visit the zoo, shop for pottery in Seagrove, found an antique shop in Ramseur, Millstone Creek Orchards as well. We even found a lovely park for some outside time. The house is absolutely adorable ~ complete with comfy beds, stocked kitchen, and a large blackstone on the covered back deck. We had everything we needed PLUS peace & quiet for quality family time. Already talking about staying again next year!!

Just lovely
The house is a delightful place in a great location. It had everything we needed while my son attended life at the zoo camp at the NC Zoo. I especially appreciated the coffee bar and comfortable couches while I worked a few days during our stay. We were very happy to be able to bring our dog. She enjoyed being able to watch the birds and squirrels out of the very large windows. We would definitely stay there again any time we need to be in the area.

We were looking for somewhere near the zoo and mountain biking trails in the Uwharries. This ended up being the perfect location. The kids loved having the woods out back to roam around and we all loved the seclusion. The cabin was clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Our vacation rental was everything I hoped for. A quiet, clean, relaxing space for me and a big, safe, fun space for my son to explore. The additional fenced space in the back yard came in super handy at night to let the dog out. Having a first floor bedroom option with attached bath w/walk in shower made it so my elderly mom could come too. The zoo was about 15min away. My family loved this cottage and will stay here again!

This home is absolutely beautiful. It was exactly what we were looking for. We stayed in the home for 3 nights, the check in/check out process was extremely easy. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The first night we pulled in and there was deer in the front yard. The home was decorated in Valentine’s Day decor which I loved. My only suggestion would be to make the house more visible from the road. We didn’t get to the home until it was really dark and we almost passed it.
