The room and the bathroom was very clean and had everything you are looking for. We would like to especially highlight the service of that hotel. We had forgotten a personal belonging and got it sent by them to another hotel in the U.S. so that we could pick it up during our journey. Thanks again for that excellent service. „We enjoyed our stay very much except the mattress was hard for me (wife) and the pillows were not as soft as I prefer. One towel, that I was drying off with smelled like lighter fluid. All the rest of the towels were very acceptable. Everything else was exceptional in quality and value.“

„We liked the location, it was close to our event. I didn't like that our room needed maintenance on the very loose shower head and the faucet in the tub. Also, the sofa in our suite had spots that made the sofa look unclean. “

„Bei diesem Hotel hatten wir weniger Glück beim zugeteilten Hotelzimmer. Wir haben via hotels.com ein Zimmer mit Einzelbett Kingsize gebucht. Vor Ort war nur noch ein kleines Zimmer mit Doppel-Einzelbetten vorhanden direkt bei den Aufzügen und Ice & Vending maschines. Lärm war vorprogrammiert. Föhn hat nicht funktionniert. Internetverbindung war lahm und ist regelmässig zusammengebrochen. Service am Frontdesk ein wenig nonchalant.“
