Your own patio, separate entrance. No shared spaces (other than we do pass thru to take the trash cans out on Wednesday night!). Our home is basically a triplex, we live upstairs, we have a Master Suite for family downstairs rear (you share one wall) but they also have a separate entrance and patio.
We keep it pet free and down free for those who are sensitive. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigs allowed on or around property. We have an outdoor kitty who sleeps in the garage only. A small indoor dog visits occasionally with our daughter. We ask that you not have doggie visitors except on the patio. Registered Guests only for overnight, but Grandkids are always welcome! Quiet, historic neighborhood. A real home away from home.
