"We loved everything about this place. It is located in the heart of the harbour. Tim greeted us, even though we got in later than expected and made us feel right at home. Room was clean, had an amazing view and was a comfortable temperature upon arrival. Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance which was awesome and we could see the Bluenose from our window. Picturesque. "

She is sincere very funny and knowledgeable about the area. Her advice on where to visit or where to eat were spot on. We enjoyed our daily bantering back and forth. "We were all very pleased with the studio. Everything was neat and clean and actually bigger than we thought. We could have used more blankets as the night was very cod and the only other complaint we had was that sink was very small. We couldn’t even splash wash on our faces. I do understand though that space was at a premium when installing that. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you"

"Cathy, the wonderful innkeeper, is devoted to her customers. She solved all our (minor) travel issues and offered great advice about what to see in the area. Her breakfasts were very good. The house is historic, so narrow steep stairs and small rooms might not be great for some but the charm is undeniable. Plenty of hot water, good WiFi, coffee, refrigerator and TV in our room were great. Wonderful location. We’d love to stay again. "

"We stayed at Serenity Cottage for a week. The tiny house is not so tiny and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Sandy Bill are the ultimate hosts. The location is fantastic for day trips to Halifax, Annapolis Valley, Bay of Fundy and the many small villages along the Southern Shores of Nova Scotia. "We enjoyed our stay here. The owners have done a great job of making the space nice....great deck to relax on and kayaks to take out. House is quite small make the absolute most of their approximate 1000 sq. feet. We were comfy with four adults. Don't think it would be good for any more than that! Probably best for a small family.
