„Everything was perfect the pictures and description do not do this property justice. We did not know housekeeping was included so having Letitia come was a PLUS! The area is very quiet, 3 minutes in the car and you are at Gypsea beach. We loved watching the planes land from the patio. This Villa far exceeded expectations, the quality looked as if this was designed to be the owners full time residence, Lutron lighting throughout - high end finishes. Cannot wait to visit again “

„The place is above pictures on website. Location is perfect a few minutes or seconds from the beach and Saint Jean shopping area without any nuisance. The house is beautiful, very well equipped for a rental, and perfectly clean and new. Way better to stay here than in a more expensive hotel in the island. „Staff needs training. It does not take 2-3 staff people to wait on one guest. This makes it difficult for other guests to get help. Certainly the staff was friendly, but organizing how this works would be an improvement. In our “Junior Suite” the toilet switch kept getting stuck and the “refresh” should have replaced old halogen lights with soft LEDs because the halogens cause heat. Also, for high end hotels, there should be both 50 and 60Hz plugs with proper electricity voltage. Systems ...
