Stop looking now and book! Our beautiful cottage is great for large-group golf and ski trips or a multi-family up north getaway. Our cottage is 2,700+ sqft and sleeps 16 comfortably offering 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an indoor sauna. We are walking distance from Nubs Nob Ski Resort, and minutes from Boyne Highlands Ski and Golf Resort, Downtown Harbor Springs and Petoskey – less than 30 minutes from Bay Harbor and Mackinaw City.

Great Location for Ski Week
Second time visiting, works great for three families. Downstairs space for kids, open upstairs are for movies. Super close to Nub’s Nob. Looking forward to visiting again!

Upon arrival the lock did not work. The carpet needed cleaning and vacuuming under furniture. The outside steps were broken. It needed an overhaul on the maintenance end of things. The room were spacious. The toilet stopped working

Family Friendly Weekend
Clean and comfy for our extended-family weekend. We were out and about quite a bit and it was nice to all hang out afterwards in the large family room. Picnic table on the high deck gave the feel of being in a tree house. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. Sparkling windows. Lighting was dim in some rooms, and no place for hanging clothes in the master bedroom. All in all it met our needs nicely.

A great family weekend!
Our annual family ski weekend was held here and a great time was had by all. The only concern we had was that the propane tank on the grill was empty and there were not enough bowls for everyone for the clam chowder. Otherwise was very happy with the place and have already booked again for next year.

Family Ski Trip
We had a great time at this rental. Very close to the ski resorts. A couple of things we noticed while there: There’s not much hot water for multiple showers. There are no zip locks, aluminum foil, plastic wrap or much food storage containers. Knives are extremely dull. You may want to bring extra paper towel and toilet paper. The dishwasher door would randomly open while running through a cycle. It happened twice while we were gone skiing. We appreciated how clean the house was, the travel toiletries provided, the space heater for the basement, the extra folding chairs found in the laundry room, the rokus, and the amount of sleeping space. The 2 king beds was also a plus!

The place was as described and spacious! Great place for a large family to spend the weekend and enjoy the winter skiing! The place was clean and great response when I needed things. A few more glasses would be nice for large group and extra light in the family room for games. All in all a great place to stay.

DID NOT DISAPPOINT!
The cottage was perfect for our large group of two families, all of our "kids" are teens/college age. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need, including spices, a variety of pots & pans, but I would say on the verge of needing a new set soon. It was definitely a bonus having the deck right off of the kitchen, it helped keep the drinks in the coolers stay extra cool, (I can imagine it is wonderful to sit out on the picnic table in the Summer/Fall months for extra seating.) Plenty of beds, bathrooms, towels, extra blankets, pillows. It was perfect to just hang out there; the sauna was a hit in the evenings. Washer & dryer were key too! The one thing we didn't get to use was the fire pit, the weather was too damp for a fire. The driveway is large enough for multiple cars. It is only a couple min drive to Nubs, and maybe 10 min tops to Highlands. We also hit downtown Petoskey, a couple breweries, the casino & a couple in our group drove up to the Bridge, and stopped across at the park and walked the trails. I would recommend for families, couples, guys/girls weekends!!

Northern Michigan Home Base
We rented this cottage as a mini family reunion for my parents’ 50th anniversary. Besides my parents we also had our family of seven and my sister’s family of six and a dog! There was plenty of room for the 15 of us and that says a lot considering how many of our group are teenage boys. We used the cabin as home base for various northern Michigan excursions to Mackinac, Tahquonemon, Petoskey, and Sleeping Bear.

Great House!
We enjoyed our stay in this great house! It had everything we needed, was close to Boyne Highlands and Nubs for skiing and easy to get to. The kids loved the bunk room with room for 6 kids. Has a great ‘gear’ room for all our ski equipment and comfortable beds for all the adults. The kitchen was adequate and had plenty of dishes, appliances, etc. It was nice to stay in a VRBO that provided essentials like garbage bags, paper towels, dishwasher soap, etc. as this isn’t always the case. If I could suggest any improvements at all, it would be that the pots and pans and inside the kitchen cabinets could use a good cleaning. We did re-clean the pans and coffee maker before using them. Could also use a few wine glasses! Not a big deal, all considered. The owner was quick to respond with any questions and allowed us to revise our reservation by shifting dates slightly. There was even a nice welcome gift! We will be staying here again.

Our group of 16 adults and kids enjoyed staying for a long weekend of skiing. Perfect setup for a large group. Plenty of room for everyone and the dedicated " gear" room is great for getting dressed to hit the slopes.
