„Great location and easy access to all of Williamsburg, and attractive setting from the exterior, however, the one bedroom suite was very disappointing, dated and dreary furnishings and cramped/impractical kitchenette. Not a nice environment for a longer stay. The mandatory $7/day provides only a limited activity program that would be of little interest to many adults. To end on a more positive note, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive!“

„We truly enjoyed our stay at this location. It was perfect distance to our activities, and had a variety of things to do at the resort that were wonderful for the evenings when our days ended. Pool was loud but fun, the arcade was a huge hit, and while the mini golf course was closed, they made up for it by allowing us to use a sister resort extremely close by, which was wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again.A couple of complaints. I wish check in didn't absolutely require talking with ...

„The location was fantastic for our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very sparse, but the necessities were available. The king bed did not have a fitted bottom sheet; just a flat sheet that was too small and tucked in. The washing machine did not drain properly. It took a long time for the water in the showers to warm up. The front desk made it seem like a sales meeting was required, even after I declined twice. But the apartment was very nice. Everyone was comfortable. ...

„The first room we got checked into had fleas, but we contacted the front desk and they were able to put us into another newly renovated unit which was much nicer, had a better view and was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they compensated the issue with the room by waving the resort fees and giving us a gift card. “

„I found the unit I rented to be very comfortable and in excellent condition. Infortunately Colonial Williamsburg has really diminished it's commitment to being a "living" museum experience. We were looking forward to a Colonial Christmas but we found little to create the feeling we had been promised by the advertisements.“

"Overall a good hotel with many facilities and activities to choose from close by. Suggestions to improve: please add some freshly cooked meals to the breakfast containing mainly instant ones. Some scrambled eggs or even just ham/cheese and fresh tomatoes would be great. "

Grand appart, parfait avec des enfants.

"Nous étions avec une ado, donc l'appartement d'environ 100m2, les 2 chambres, les 2 salles de bain et l’espace commun étaient idéales. L’appartement est très bien équipé (gros plus avec machine à laver et sèche-linge dans l’appart et micro-ondes, four, toaster …). Les lits sont confortables. Il y a une terrasse qu’on n’a pas utilisé car dès le matin, il faisait trop chaud. On n’a pas utilisé la piscine ni les espaces communs mais il y avait un programme d’activités qu’on n’a pas eu le temps de faire. Le site est joli, propre, vert, calme. L’appartement est plus fonctionnel que joli. Pour le ménage, vous devez payer un supplément. L’accueil est correct mais pas chaleureux. Pas terrible non plus au niveau des infos touristiques locales. Mieux vaut vous renseigner vous-même. Si vous allez au Colonial Williamsburg, achetez les tickets en ligne, c’est 30% moins cher. Vous pouvez aussi visiter la ville sans billet mais vous ne pouvez pas rentrer dans les maisons. A 1 heure vous avez la plage de Virginia Beach. Faites absolument une sortie pour voir les dauphins. Prenez vos tickets à l’aquarium avec le bateau rapide. Sensations garanties. Prenez la dernière sortie (vers 16.00), il y a moins de monde. C’est légèrement plus cher ça vaut son argent. Il y a pas mal de restaurants dans Williamsburg et c’est magnifique. On recommende !"

"It was okay but we had to move rooms because the first smelt really bad. The pool had a nice size but way too much chlorine. Our eyes were burning without even going under water. Rooms are really dark and you could tell it’s not a new hotel. Staff really nice. "
