Pfavored Living - Game & Theater Rooms - Covered Outdoor Deck

Nestled in the peaceful Enclave at Cele neighborhood, our Pfavored Living home is a 4BR/2.5BA two-story corner oasis just 27 min from downtown Austin. The space is professionally managed and cleaned and offers the amenities and security one should expect when staying at a vacation rental. We provide smart locks with unique door codes for every booking and position exterior cameras at the entrance to all of our homes for the security of our guests and homeowners.

LIVING AREAS
Gather for quality time in the nicely furnished, open living area. Outfitted with a 65" television adorning the main wall, a sliding glass door to the outdoor living area, and comfortable couch and chair, you will bask in splendor and relaxation. The faux wood flooring is easy to keep clean and is durable for our furry K9 friends to navigate as they see fit as well.

KITCHEN & DINING
Freshly updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, this modern kitchen is sure to please home chefs. We provide both drip & K-Pod coffee options to taste and group size. We provide enough pots & pans, dishes and silverware to easily cover any group of 8 or fewer. Serve morning meals at the table in the breakfast nook or gather the full crew in the formal dining area for elegant dinners.

FUN ROOMS
As you rise to the second level, you are met with a 25' x 18' loft that we have set up as a game room and office combination. If you need some solitude to catch up on work or want to browse the internet, we offer a full workstation and desk on one side of the space. On the other side, we have provide a 13-In-1 Game Table. This 48" table easily switches from air hockey to foosball to billiards to ping pong as well as a multitude of board games and will make for hours of enjoyment. Just beyond the game room is our theater room that is outfitted with a 70" television very comfortable seating to enjoy the game or a movie!

This home sleeps up to 8 guests in four bedrooms.

Room A (Downstairs) : 1 King bed plus ensuite bathroom with shower
Room B (Upstairs): 1 Full bed
Room C (Upstairs): 1 Full bed
Room D (Upstairs): 1 Full bed
Rooms B-D share a full bathroom

OUTDOOR AREAS
The backyard provides a gorgeous, raised deck that is covered for lots of shade in the hot summers and heated for those cooler winter nights. Serve morning coffee or a big dinner on the deck with seating for 6 at the table and additional seating in the sitting area. The corner lot provides ample play area in the backyard for kid or adult games. There is a four burner, propane gas grill available for use as well.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
PET: Additional Pet fee ($100 per stay) and approval is required. Pets must be 60 pounds and under.
Lake Pflugerville & Hiking Trail: Located just 3 miles away, this tranquil lake offers scenic views and a 3 mile hiking trail around the lake for those gorgeous days & evenings that you must enjoy outside.

This beautiful vacation rental home is managed by Casago Highland Lakes. With more than 5,000 properties under management, your stay will be professionally managed at the highest levels. All of our homes are fully stocked and include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, paper products, hotel-quality linens, as well as 2 bath towels and a washcloth for each guest. Our kitchens are also stocked and include pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs, 12 cup drip coffee maker/ coffee, and other items. We provide accidental breakage insurance. No more putting a deposit down on a CC and held. Just tell us if the kiddos broke a lamp and we have it covered without additional costs to you as long as it was accidental and not due to a party or malfeasance.
