Step inside to find a cozy queen bed in a private bedroom and a full bathroom featuring a relaxing tub, shower, glow-in-the-dark toilet seat, and high-pressure handheld shower head. Wooden sway doors create a cozy division between the bedroom and the inviting living room, where multiple comfy couches await you. The kitchen is fully stocked for whipping up a meal, making it easy to feel at home.

Step outside, and you're just a short walk from Swarthmore College, hiking trails, an outdoor amphitheater, the Co-Op Food Market, and various dining options. - Please return the Parking Fob to avoid a replacement fee.
- Turn off the AC/Heat before leaving.
- Only use the provided parking spots.
- Do not exceed the guest count on the reservation.
- Clean up any significant messes made before checkout.
- No reservation alterations within 14 days of check-in.
- Inform us of any specific allergies before booking.
- Contact us with any concerns within 12 hours of check-in.
- Pets are welcome for $40 per stay, with a maximum of two pets.
- We must uphold our cancellation policies.
