We had an issue with the plumbing and needed a plunger the first night we were there. The "host" asked if we needed it the next day. I asked for it right away because we needed to be able to use the toilet. They refused. So I ordered one from DoorDash and asked for reimbursement. No response. Then I asked for a late checkout. No response. I believe the host is not a person, but a company and they do not care if you have a nice stay or not. It is a lovely, spacious place in a fabulous neighborhood, but the host is so awful I would recommend staying anywhere else. There are plenty of other options near Rittenhouse Square.

Wonderful Place
The property was better than expected. The owner allowed us to check in early. Parking is an issue but you’re downtown. We parked a few streets over. Super safe and adorable neighborhood. Uber anywhere is pretty quick and easy. If ever we come back to Philadelphia, I would definitely be booking this property again.

We recently stayed at a Vrbo weekend rental and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect - close to everything we wanted to see and do. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The rental had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. This is a very comfortable two-bedroom, two-bath apartment in the heart of a great neighborhood, within walking distance of everything. The layout is terrific for 2 friends, 2 couples or a parent and older child as the rooms and bathroom are on the opposite side of the apartment with the living room and kitchen in the middle. It makes for a nice balance of privacy and community space. The fireplace in the living room is a really nice touch. This place is now marked in my favorites and it will be my first choice place to book for future Philadelphia visits.

The Best location in the city!!!
Located on an absolutely beautiful street in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to everything. Check in and check out instructions were easy and helpful. Not the most well stocked kitchen but we just stayed two nights and did not use the kitchen much. Floors were not cleaned well (hair) but the cleaning fee was low so I guess you get what you pay for. Beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

This was a great space! Had plenty of room for the air mattress we brought for an extra friend! A warning to other guests there is zero free parking. All spots are metered, better to find a garage close(there are three within a 5 minute walk) and then explore the city on foot, this place is close to everything!!

Great Spot for a Philly visit
This facility is very well located near Rittenhouse Square. Check in and communications with the owner were both easy. The apartment isn't super deluxe, but it's clean, in nice condition and the bed was very comfortable. Everything you want to see in Philly is pretty nearby. We walk a lot and saw the museums, the Liberty Bell and more. Your mileage may vary. Great shopping and food nearby.
