„The location is a bit out of the way in a transitioning neighborhood, but overall, the place was clean, bright, pleasantly decorated, plenty of space, private rooftop patio access (which was great for the wonderful weather we had). “

„The apartment was clean and the location is nice. We felt safe in the well-lit neighborhood and there is 24-hr security at front desk. The parking garage is secure, and although a little dirty and dilapidated, it's nice to have a guaranteed spot off the street and out of the weather.The couch is small and uncomfortable but we stayed over a holiday so probably stayed inside more than usual. The property manager is quick to respond and very courteous and helpful.“

„While I contacted the host as soon as it became clear that the air conditioner was not working at all and the apartment was 85 degrees and she was polite and communicative, she did nothing to remedy the situation so we got very little sleep in the sweltering apartment. She apparently contacted Maintenance but they never came. There was also a road closure that made it impossible to enter the building garage. There were also no washcloths, and the kitchen had only a few glasses and no corkscrew. ...

„Gladys was an excellent host. She realized my original rental was double booked. She quickly provided me with an upgrade and another rental at the same location. The place was great and had convient parking. Will definitely stay again next time in Philly.“
