"Also das war einfach von vorne bis hinten ein toller Aufenthalt! Wir waren eine Nacht dort weil wir einen Anschlussflug am nächsten Tag hatten. Das ganze Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Besonders Harvey hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Auch unsere Koffer könnten wir noch den ganzen Tag nach dem Check Out im Hotel hinterlassen. Top Service!"

"Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Super sympathisches und zuvorkommendes Personal. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es nicht viel zu sehen. Bis Cebu City muss man aufgrund des Verkehrs aber locker mit einer Stunde Fahrzeit rechnen. Dafür ist es rund um das Hotel sehr ruhig und nicht so hektisch. Positiv ist auch die Nähe zum Flughafen, vor allem wenn man nicht sehr lange bleibt."

"We stayed at this hotel after being spoiled by the Coast Hotel on Boracay, so our expectations were high. For a five-star property, we were surprised by some aspects. Our room was very small, and while it was cleaned daily, the rest of the property – particularly the stairs and pool area – often felt unclean. The hotel seems more focused on accommodating large crowds rather than maintaining top-tier quality, with the pool not always clean and even black hairs found in some areas. The staff, however, was consistently friendly, and the breakfast was a highlight – the kiwi pancakes and ube pancakes were fantastic! That said, the breakfast experience felt like a mass operation, with waiting times and a focus on quick turnover. The location is perfect, right on White Beach, but overall, the hotel feels more focused on quantity than quality. For a five-star hotel, we expected more. If you prioritize location and don’t mind a large-scale operation, it might be a good option, but for us, it didn’t fully meet expectations."

"Tolles Hotel mit sehr guter Strandlage. Top freundlicher Service und hervorragendes Frühstück. Zimmer sind zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. Essen in den Restaurants super. Wir kommen sicher wieder!"
