The Pros: The Staff was great always friendly and helpful. The rooms are like individual apartment rooms. They have individual parking if you have your own car and they are quiet. It’s a little out of the way unless you have your own car or like to walk a ways but Grab is always available. The water pressure is good and there is always plenty of hot water. I have a bad back and try to find rooms with soaking tubs and they have very nice ones in each room.
The Cons: The beds are hard and not comfortable. Breakfast…breakfast is very limited in menu and it’s apparent that it is not a priority with management. On a scale from 1-10 I give it a 3. The coffee is good and I think they would better off just serving a continental breakfast with coffee, fruit and toast or croissants. I think people would be happier with that instead of cold eggs and a few other dishes. One word of caution…get a receipt for your deposit. We have stayed here several times and I never had a problem until this stay. When I went to check out the desk person was only going to refund 100 baht of my 1000 baht deposit. It took over 40 minutes to get it straightened out and required them checking video of when we checked in. Not a pleasant experience….so get a receipt.
