We arrived on a cold night to find there was no heat -- and a snowstorm with temperatures approaching zero was on the way. Two members of Kevin's team arrived quickly to help solve the problem, and Kevin secured an emergency fuel delivery. The house was toasty warm by bedtime, and we had a great weekend.
