Look no further! You have found the perfect vacation or getaway. Located close to State Farm Stadium only 4 miles, 5 Spring Training stadiums, Phoenix Raceway (NASCAR), and Westgate Entertainment District.

Enjoy Arizona's amazing weather and relax in the great outdoor living space including covered patio, dining area, new BBQ, covered Cabana, and private pool (heated upon request from October to April).

The Property:
Private pool, no fee to heat the pool / Free WiFI for streaming/ 2,058 sq. ft. Perfect location in the suburbs of Phoenix near I-10 and 101Fwy. This home is a great vacation spot for families.

This beautiful spacious house was perfect for our family. The hosts are great, quick to respond and provide everything you need - plenty of coffee, pool toys, games, towels, snacks and laundry. The pool heat was also included, huge bonus. Would recommend and will visit again!

Our family stayed at Brian and Denise’s place as a getaway to visit family and Sedona. Their home was perfect! They accommodated our late night check-in and later departure. My family enjoyed the pool, which was at perfect temperature, comfy beds, and the patio area. The neighborhood was convenient to all parts of Phoenix and it was only a short drive to Sedona for the day. Denise was a super host- very communicative and hospitable! As a bonus, there was a welcome basket with tons of goodies and extra kitchen condiments, making it easy to make breakfast before our adventures. We are so grateful for our stay. Highly recommend!

My wife and I came to Phoenix as a get away trip somewhere different than our normal vacation spots. Everything about Denise’s place was perfect! My wife is a bit of a neat freak and cringes at the smallest things. When I tell you this place was spotless, let me tell you… it was exceptional! The neighborhood was super nice and convenient to all parts of Phoenix. To top it all off, Denise was a super host! Very communicative and hospitable! We got to Phoenix early, like 9am early, and didn’t leave until later in the day, around 4:30. She was overly accommodating allowing us to check in and out at our convenience. As a bonus, there was an orange/cutie, tree in the back yard with ripe cuties, a welcome basket with tons of goodies, and a plethora of extra supplies for our trip. Literally couldn’t beat it.

TOPNOTCH PROPERTY
This property was top notch. The house itself has everything you need and more. The host even had a welcome basket of treats. The fridge and pantry was stocked with all of the basics and a whole lot more. The backyard is perfect. We barbecued every day and hung out in the pool. The location is prime. The hosts are fantastic. The neighbourhood is friendly. We cannot wait to book our next trip.

A wonderful spring break stay with family!
This home was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. I've actually never stayed in a rental home that had a pantry with so many extra snacks. The gift basket was a nice touch as well. My 12 year old loved it! My favorite part of this home, though, was the patio and area in the backyard, where there was both plentiful sun and shade. It was the perfect place for morning coffee, swimming in the pool, and watching evening sunsets.

Lovely place in a quiet neighborhood with grocery and restaurants nearby. Enjoyed some pool and patio time, pool was nicely heated. As we were in for a Spring Training visit, was only a short drive to Brewers facility where we caught a few games. Brian & Denise are fantastic hosts. There place is truly a gem - we loved every bit of it. This property is beautiful and very spacious, clean, fresh and overall beautiful. We had no issues with checking in or checking out. Everything was very smooth and Denise was amazing tentative and welcoming. She even had the pantry stocked up with snacks and treats - like we said, the hosts were a gem! We highly recommend this place for a guys trips or girls trip and as well as a family trip.The heated pool and pool table definitely sealed the deal for us. During this stay, we were a group of 4 doing some golfing, we found the location was perfect for us as it's very close to Glendale and the sports entertainment district and shopping.
