Some issues but overall satisfactory
Property was wonderful in general. Our air conditioning in the main space was not working the first night but repair came the next day to fix it before the majority of our guests arrived. I'll tell you, even one night in hot Arizona without A/C is not fun.
Our biggest issue was cleanliness of the floors. It's clear that no great effort is put into actually mopping as a quick wipe with a wet paper towel brought up grey residue. Most disturbing was the broken glass all over the floor in the rec room and some even found on the floor and in cabinets in the kitchen. Additionally, neither vacuum at the property works (the large one is missing an integral hose piece and the more portable one only spits everything back out when lifted) and there is no broom on site, we had to buy our own which we left at the property for others to use.
Even after notifying management about the glass (which was even more concerning because we had a baby crawling all around) they sent 2 teens with a swiffer and spray bottle of chemical cleaner (also not acceptable for a baby to crawl in) to address it. We informed them that would not do and sent them out to get a working vacuum. Still, after they left we found glass so we could not let the baby down in that area to crawl for the entire stay.
